Terrible service. They are running a scam in this office. They said I had 3 cavities and had to be treated for gingivitis which was alarming since I never had these issues and take care of my teeth. I went out and got checked by two other dentists and both said that this is just false and some dental clinics do this on purpose to make a quick buck. I don't know how they have 4 stars on google reviews, they must be getting a lot of fake accounts putting up garbage while there is a plethora of 1 star reviews speaking the truth. Please save yourself, they don't even use a vest when taking X-Rays to protect you from radiation. read more

I had a procedure done in Aug 2023. They were going to let me walk out into public with blood all over my face and neck. I had to ask for paper towels to clean myself up. They also over charged me. I have called 8-9 times now, asking for a refund. I've never received a call back even though they said they would talk to corporate to issue a refund. It's been now 9 months and still haven't received it. I was supposed to get a call last week but never did. I called again today, the person who help me the last time wasn't in the office. No one can give me an answer. All I want is what they over charged me. I guess some people don't look at their EOB but I do. Does this office just write off what they over charge people?? If I could give no stars I would. The office is always running late. After your appointment you can't schedule your next 6 month check up until after a year. Three of my family members had to have fillings replaced as they were not done correctly. We gave Bright Now a second chance to look at them and fix them but we were told they were fine. Thankfully we found a better dentist who redid the work for us. Sharing so no one else has to pay twice for fillings. read more

I went there for a couple years. Decent, but all was cancelled due to covid for over 2 years. Finally got Appt, cancelled twice. Got appt at different local in Miamisburg...never sent my records. Very unprofessional and very poor communication skills. New ddentist requested my records, but they weere never sent! I suggest going anyyplace else! read more

They got me in quick and were polite, but I left in more pain than when I arrived. I was happy at first before my procedure because I thought that I finally found a place to finish up everything I needed done, but no way will I come back and drop anymore money when they basically said you should be good and call us in 2 days if you're still in pain. I literally haven't slept in 2 days because of the horrendous pain I was already in, and now it's worse. If you are looking for a dentist that will make sure they do everything they can to get you relief, look elsewhere because they aren't doing anything for you after the procedure. Sucks bad when you have been in agony and you get sent off with a "You should be fine", and then when you call to say it's not fine they tell you "Well it shouldn't be hurting". Guess they can deal without the extra $3000 in business I would have provided in the next month. If you want to go back and forth with your insurance and their billing, thus resulting in time loss and headaches, then this is the Dentist for you ! Telling a patient and their family that visits are covered, and then billing them 2 months later, AND THEN placing the fault on the patient is utterly unprofessional. What a shame, because the actual dentist is pretty good. I goes to show that a practice is truly represented by the clerical/desk staff. Which in this case is too bad. NEVER use for orthodontics. After getting my $$ they didn't even HAVE an orthodontist on staff. I will say Dr. Romick (eventually) coming in has been a saving grace for them, but we will absolutely use another provider for my other teens braces. Staff is a 5 out of 10 in basic courtesy and professionalism. Doesn't seem like they understand that there is competition for dental services. Higher standard is expected.. Perhaps they will monitor reviews and reach out to me for an amended review? We'll see.... read more

Terrible and expensive experience. I used to see Dr Lee and he was fantastic, but when I went back this year he was no longer there. I saw Dr. Shah instead and he told me I had an amalgam filling that had a tiny chip in it, even though it was completely asymptomatic he said it needed replaced. Afterword I could not even rub my tongue across that tooth, let alone chew food. It was so sensitive (as they had warned it might be), but 3 months later i still couldn't chew on that side. I went to see another dentist who took x-rays and saw fragments of my old filling underneath the new filling! The dentist replaced Dr Shah's filling and it's been fine since. It's upsetting because I don't have dental insurance and had to pay out of pocket for two fillings on the same tooth that never bothered me in the first place! read more

This place is a joke!!!! I went to them the beginning of the month due to sensitivity and pain on the right side of my lower jaw. And only thing that was done for me was they took x-rays of only one side and tapped on a couple teeth and then gave me a sample of Sensodyne and told me to use Sensodyne. So I made another appointment because I'm an excruciating pain from the top of my jawline to the middle of my jaw and I went in there and explain to them and of course they try to give me an appointment at 3:00 the next day, so my husband had to call to see if i could get in as early as possible, so of course they told me to come in at 10:00.They was told how much pain i was in which i already explained!!!I'm telling him how much pain i can't swallow that good! I mean it's just unbearable so I go in and of course they got to give me two more x-rays tap on a couple teeth and then tell me I need to go to peridontist to have it looked at because it's a possible cyst and then refused to give me even a antibiotic ibuprofen 800 mg or all I wanted was a simple a shot in my jaw to numb it until I can get to this place. As soon as i asked that they was really rude and treated me like a drug addict!! Unacceptable!!!! I was very offended!!! Then I called the people they referred me to and they don't accept my insurance so not only did these people not give me nothing for pain after they seen I was in intense scruciating pain and you being my dentist you should have gave me at least ibuprofen soon as I asked what should I do for pain the lady was really rude and walked away from me and her and her coworkers was laughing saying i don't have time for that. Then heard her coworkers laughing saying hell no you just walked away!!! she walked out on me a anything for me so from that point I went outside and called the people they referred me to and of course they did not take my insurance. So now I have to be in pain this whole time and go to this find another that actually cares about their patients. Because I honestly don't think Bright Dental on Wilmington Pike does! For your dentist not to even give you antibiotics shot in your jaw to numb it till you can get to where you're going I don't think that's right I don't think that's ethically right!!!!! read more

Very bad experience. I had to wait an hour past my appointment and after all that they said they can not do my cleaning !! Although they know that my main reason for making the appointment was to have cleaning. Their call center intentionally tells news patients that they will have procedures done just to bring patients in and patient comes to the clinic, finds a whole different plan. Honestly is a key to any successful business specially doctor business yet they have the scheduler plan a lie just to get you in. Very unethical! read more

Terrible experience! I waited over an hour and a half with no communication that they were running behind. I understand that can happen, but it doesn't take any effort to communicate that. During my wait a lady without an appointment came in and got called back and another lady who "came an hour early" got called back. I was there for an emergency dental procedure with an appointment I made that morning. Totally unacceptable. read more

Beware of this office!!! They will set up a treatment plan with your insurance. After you pay your out of pocket portion, they will bill your insurance for treatments that never happened. 4 months later thinking everything was fine and ready to schedule an appt for the rest of the work, they have a rude collection department calling you to demand when you are going to pay your outstanding balance and when you ask "What balance?" they get angry, refuse to send you a bill or what you are being billed for 4 months later and just keep demanding your credit card. Discovered that they have an F rating from the BBB and every complaint was identical to mine. Apparently, every patient gets billed for gum disease treatment even though you are never told you have gum disease, need treatment or that the dentist working on you is NOT part of this practice and will not be covered by your insurance. Forget calling this office to try to straighten it out because they just get angry, loudly sigh a lot and lie and tell you they will email you the breakdown of your charges and then never send it. I am devastated. I am stuck with horrible temporary dentures that don't fit and don't have teeth, just flat little nubs so you are stuck with a liquid diet for months. They refuse to give me my permanent dentures because I won't pay a bill for work that was never done. Apparently they do this with just simple cleanings as well. Many have scheduled a cleaning and then been shocked when they are billed for a "special cleaning" not covered by insurance. Pay the extra and go to a real dentist. At least you won't be charged for treatments not performed. read more

I'm terrified of dentists. I don't go until I absolutely have to. Dr Shah and his staff are amazing! Yes, amazing. They handled my 37 year old grown woman tears and I'm happy to say we fixed my issue AND went on to do a lot of additional work that I needed to have completed. Don't bother. Made my first appt as a teeth cleaning but turned out to be 45 mins of X-rays then had to schedule to come back for cleaning. That took another hour because they wouldn't just clean my teeth, they assessed my gums and determined they needed cleaning also. That cost over $150 after insurance and they wanted me to come back every 4 months for cleaning. Had a cavity on front tooth that I debated letting them fix since I was concerned with their ability to keep my smile the same. I went ahead and let them do the work but very disappointed. I had first appt for the day but sat in waiting room 30 mins past opening time. Dentist did fine with fixing cavity but the composite on front of tooth looks awful. Didn't realize until I got home that its uneven. Looks like I have a dent in my tooth because the composite wasn't put on evenly. Before I left I tried to make an appt for a simple cleaning without all their extra gum cleaning and upcharges but was told that I couldn't change the type of cleaning from the initial cleaning. All cleanings have to be the same every time. It was a waste of time and money considering I have to find a new dentist not only for cleanings but to make my smile pretty again. read more
