I was scheduled to have 3 movers, I had actually got 2 movers and the third was the dispatcher( still charge me for 3). She was taking calls during my move. All around terrible communication. Showed up with a a truck too little, we had to do two trips. (The truck being too small was both of our faults, poor communication and listening). We sat in traffic a total of 3 hours on between trips. We would have never ran into that much traffic if they were on time in the first place. The dispatcher gave off scammy vibes, started talking crazy when I disputed the charges that more than doubled. It made me uncomfortable to the point I kicked them out of my house. Never again. scratched up my walls, pretty bad, damaged some by Furniture like my bookshelf bathroom mirror.
