She took my money for lash extensions and micro blading training charge me $350 for deposit and took my money and then She canceled my training appointment 3 times and I asked for my money back and she started ignoring me. DO NOT BOOK. SCAM! Unfortunately, I had a bad experience after getting my services done by Ann after finding her account @beauty.by.belle1 on Instagram. I like to support local businesses and decided to give her a try. I booked through her site which prompts you to give your credit card info in case you cancel last minute which would lead to a cancellation fee of $20. I booked my appointment and was asked to reschedule to another day, just 2 hours before the initially scheduled session, which was fine. But then, Saturday came and I received the henna brows service which was listed as $40 on her website. At the end of the appointment, I gave her $40 in cash and at this point, she did not mention anything about my credit card on file. The next day, I noticed my credit card statement and saw she charged me $40. I contacted her via Instagram letting her know she double charged me. She responded and said she would send me an etransfer right away. 3 days passed and I still haven't received an etransfer. I followed up multiple times, with no response, and then I found out she had been ignoring me and restricted my profile. I contacted my credit company to see what could be done and I was in shock when they told me she had set me up as a recurring charge!!! I know $40 isn't a lot of money but it's the principle and I'm worried others will book on her site and will get double charged as I did, or even worse, get recurring charges on their credit card without noticing. read more

I was very disappointed! I had a microblading touch up appointment with Ann and she didn't show up! I've never met someone so unprofessional! I arrived about 15mins early. I'd been calling, texting and messaging her on Instagram while at the clinic and she didn't respond at all! No text nor phone calls. She even turned off her phone after calling her a few times... so rude! No decency to call/message back. I waited an hour hoping that she would still show up at the clinic. I was waiting til 7:45pm until the practitioner who was there had to close the clinic. On the day of my microblading appointment with her, few hours before, she wanted to cancel it because she said her child was sick (poor child if she's being used for excuses) which I understand (if it's true) because I'd been there. I'm a mother of two as well. We ended up doing it on the same day in the evening at 7pm because she said she would just wait for her husband to come home to take care of her kids. I e-transferred $20 deposit (in which for sure she wouldn't want to be refunded) and paid couple hundred of dollars. The procedure was painful and I've been telling her that while she's doing it. Note: I don't drink alcohol. She said next time for my touch up she'll use topical anesthetic. It didn't sink in to me until I got home ... I realized and was asking myself what did she use with my eyebrows?? After the procedure I was so shocked of how my eyebrows looked like. I thought she messed up my eyebrows pretty bad. She knew that I wasn't happy. She told me that everything will be fine after touch up. On the day of my original touch up appointment, again few hours before, her "husband" message me through her cellphone and Instagram saying that she was sent to the hospital in the morning because of appendicitis and will undergo a surgery later in the day. Surprisingly few hours before my appointment she was active and posting on Instagram about her business promos. I didn't say anything because she had to do my touch up still. Anyway, she couldn't rebook me sooner on the dates I was available because she said her surgery was still painful, she takes her kids to swimming and soccer, her daughter would undergo a surgery and had to see her doctor often, she'll be out of town to cottage up north. She booked me for my touch up 2 weeks before my vacation and she knew about that vacation. I had no option but to take it even though it needed about 2 weeks to heal or for scabbing to come off. Again, those days that she couldn't reschedule me, I saw her posted new picture of another client and about raffle draws to attract new clients. I have records of conversations and photos of my eyebrows for proof. I hope no one will experience the same thing I did. read more

Completely unprofessional. Rea cancelled my lash fill yesterday claiming her grandfather was sick in the hospital. I called her and she was driving in her car. She rescheduled my appointment to today so I drove the 20-30minutes it takes to get there at 8am and she didn't answer the door, didn't answer my texts or my dm on Instagram when I could clearly see she was active on Instagram. I waited about half an hour hoping she had another client in there and was just busy but got nothing. Completely unprofessional behaviour and will not be returning. read more
