I dropped in when the kitchen was closed and the waitress asked if I spoke Spanish or French... Thank goodness for the little bit of Spanish I know! She explained that the kitchen was open for dinner and to return after 3.
Based on the Google reviews, I did just that. When I returned, the original waitress was no longer there but a wonderful woman who spoke English and French made me feel very welcome, translated the menu and made suggestions.
I asked her to choose a wine for me and 2 tapas plates. They were both amazing. The service was 10 stars, for English, Spanish and French speakers.
She also suggested sites around the city and was super helpful in selecting a wine.
