I really can't tell you how Above & Beyond this group goes to ensure your gift of love arrives. The lilies were more fragrant than the ones we grow in the garden, the colors were vibrant and well dispersed, and the amount of flowers was just insane! I live in Utah, and was in town for Bike week last week when my husband surprised me and had ordered roses for me from this florist. When I walked into the hotel room the bouquet was waiting for me, and it was the most beautiful bouquet that I have ever seen, or received -ever, and I have been getting flowers for many years (and I worked in a hospital for many years so I have seen a lot of flowers)! They bloomed gradually, day by day. I only wish that I could have taken them on the plane with me! I hated leaving them! The housekeeper got a nice surprise! Purchased roses for a special occasion and at first they appeared ok, but within a day or two they weren't blooming and the flowers began droop and look like they were dying. I contacted the florist and explained what happened. She apologized and offered to replace them. The arrangement looked like it was supposed to look and was beautiful. The flowers were so fresh that they lasted a long time. Nurses regularly added bits of water which helped too. The patient was thrilled with them, and other visitors commented on their beauty. I spoke w a woman from the florist and found her to be "down to earth" and friendly. The only thing I would add is that, although their prices are competitive and I couldn't guess what the cost is to them, I still feel skill aside, their prices are high. Add delivery, and the price is even higher. I would do business w them again, but if they want to "clean up" on business, they should undercut a little less than their competitors. read more

Placed an order via the Bellevue website the night before...they opened at 9 the next morning and closed at noon...was not phoned until after 10:30 to be told they cannot fulfill the order because they did not have orange roses....I asked if they had any orange flowers, she said yes she did, I asked if she could pull it together...she did not want to.
