I see Janeen weekly and have so far (in 4 months) lost 50 lbs using the Ideal Protein protocol. Janeen has the title "Health Coach" and oversees the Ideal Protein protocol for patients. She has done the program and knows the ins-and-outs. I have done the Ideal Protein program before and have found Janeen to be a much more friendly, compassionate, and competent coach. Each weekly session includes weighing in and taking measurements. Every 10 lbs she administers a body composition test (cool!) We always have time to talk about the prior week and challenges to come. I enjoy our time together each week (a very good thing for a weight loss program). Janeen is serious about her job and offers excellent guidance through the weight loss process. She has offered many timely and helpful insights to my struggles and has helped me focus on the real challenge of overweight, de-emphasizing food in day-to-day life.
