After reviewing other quotes, I hired Nathan and set up an appointment a few days later. He arrived right on time and did an amazing job on my windows! I don't even think I realized how dirty those darned windows were, but the difference was impressive. I was so impressed with Nathan that I booked him for next weekend to come clean my roof. Oh, and his prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!

The morning of the scheduled cleaning, the owner texted me saying they wouldn't be able to do the cleaning until later in the month. What a joke! I obviously do not recommend this business.

I cancelled Saturday, they did not honor this request. They charged my credit card. I had wanted interior and exterior window cleaning. They quoted me a reasonable rate then right before our call was over, they said "Oh, the interior cleaning will double the cost". Totally scammy. Worse, interior cleaning would NOT include cleaning the tracks of the windows. I should have just cancelled the whole thing at that point. But I waited a day and they automatically charged my credit card. Terrible business practices. These predatory and aggressive sales tactics are not good for customers. Do not even call them.

My roof was very overdue for cleaning, thus the mess was much bigger than expected. To compound the matter, I was in a hurry to leave for an appointment, so didn't review the work. Had I done so, we could have resolved the issue then and there. I have no issues with the actual cleaning, and was partially at fault for the communication issue, therefore am revising my review to four stars. What happened with this guy?…read more A few years back, during the pandemic, Terry was helpful in cleaning my carpet. Yeah, he shared his controversial beliefs without being asked which was odd and uncomfortable, but he did the work. Fast forward to 2026, after thinking he had retired then being referred to him by another business, I tried his services again. After he arrived and talked at me for about 20-minutes, I took my dogs for a 40-minute walk while he was to clean a 3'x10.5' area. Upon my return he was packing up his supplies and said he was done. I believe all he did was spray Odoban, scrape his vacuum over the carpet and call it good. The carpet showed no sign of deep cleaning and these few weeks later the smell has returned... Odoban wears off, which explains why he left me with a bottle. Bottom line, Terry talks your ear off, you have a 50/50 chance he'll do the work needed, then has the audacity to charge $200 regardless. Also, he complained about his clients, and complained about Bellingham PD, then before he left he also managed to make derogatory statements about "illegals" driving up from Seattle and stealing his work. A "professional" spraying Odoban on carpet is not cleaning and certainly not worth the $200 he charged. While I prefer to entrust local businesses, I cannot use or recommend this one. I do NOT recommend this business, and I won't try a 3rd time.
