Every product was massaged into my needy face and explained whenever I managed to tune back in from my deep relaxation. Speaking of facials, shout out to the inclusion of my neck in all the processes. I am sitting here feeling so rejuvenated from my arms, to my neck, to my face as the facial includes a moisturizing massage (yessss) of those areas as well. As for the manicure and pedicure, the pampering continued. I mean, who doesn't love a warm basin with an excellent massage chair? He was very respectful and knew what he was doing he worked on area that needed it and really took time in those areas as well. She was really sweet and seemed to really care about what we were there for and my nails still look great 5 days later. I came here on my birthday for a French tip manicure and pedicure (no acrylics) and still paid about $150 after my birthday discount. For that price, I expected excellent work. Instead, I left with white residue/stains on my nails and had to ask for several things to be fixed. I was already late for my birthday party and eventually stopped pointing things out because I felt they were rushing to get to other customers. When I went back about the white marks, I was told I could just wash my hands and that it would eventually come off. That wasn't the point, I came here so my nails would be perfect for my birthday that day, not so I'd have to fix them myself. To make matters worse, the very next day my French tip was already lifting. The pedicure was also disappointing. The leg massage lasted maybe a minute, there was no hot wax treatment, and the entire service felt rushed. I've paid almost half this much at other salons and received far better service and longer-lasting results. I don't mind paying premium prices when the quality matches, but this experience didn't. After three chances, I won't be returning. There are much better salons that offer better quality and value.

I go to leave and I intended to leave a nice tip for the technicians and the manager told me it was $67 for my toes and my toes weren't free. She kept wanting to argue with me. The last time here, I got the Hawaiian pedicure which includes 18 minutes of massage, hot rocks, and towel wrap. Overall, it was pretty good. The price is a little more than others in the area but the extra massage time makes it worth it to me. Bottom line - From a guys perspective, this place does good pedicures and better than average massages. I'll be back for certain.
