Alejandro's tree service responded quickly and set an appointment to come out to take a look just a few days later. We talked about the scope of work and I was glad to learn that the tree didn't need to be removed but could be saved by some strategic removal of some limbs. We agreed on a price and set a date to have the work completed. Alejandro's tree service arrived on time and ready to go. They continually asked for feedback and made sure that I was happy with the work. They completed the whole project, start to finish, in about 90min and were careful and considerate to clean up debris from my yard, my neighbors yard, and the street in front of my house. If you didn't see them doing the work, you would never have known they were there! They were easy to work with, reliable, and did an excellent job. Geoff was very personable, talked me through the project (we needed branches from neighbors tree cut) and he even walked me through my yard to talk about the other trees/health status. Of the 3 other quotes we received, Above & Beyond was the most reasonable and quite honestly the only one that made me feel comfortable with moving forward. Project was completed yesterday (since the date of the quote to the project completion, it took about 3 weeks which was even earlier than expected).
