I requested a free quote on their website and Geoff showed up the same day. Geoff was very personable, talked me through the project (we needed branches from neighbors tree cut) and he even walked me through my yard to talk about the other trees/health status. Of the 3 other quotes we received, Above & Beyond was the most reasonable and quite honestly the only one that made me feel comfortable with moving forward. Project was completed yesterday (since the date of the quote to the project completion, it took about 3 weeks which was even earlier than expected). The work was done within a couple of hours, no damage to the yard, and everything was picked up. Geoff is someone who cares about his company and his customers - you will be satisfied!

They performed an absolute hack job which is very uneven. In addition, they damaged the aluminum siding & paint job on my house. I asked for them to provide a written contract when they arrived on the day the job was to be done. Well, they didn't. I had written one the night before, in the event that they didn't. I had Frider sign it. Good thing I did, because he tried to overcharge me, but to no avail! His ploy did not work. I will provide better pictures once the leaves grow in, so you can better see. STAY AWAY!!! Again you are not being truthful. The job was not done 4 months ago. You did the job last month. You can make all the excuses you want. Your work is terrible & that's putting it nicely. Very strange situation with this company. The people I've dealt with have been okay, though their…read moresales people are, as mentioned everywhere, EXTREMELY insistent. The oddity really is that their owner must have come to the conclusion that their unscrupulous tactics are the only way their business model works. That's very sad as their product offering is one I find that works. I just abhor the surrounding elements. One of the things you'll notice with them is that they will call you from random phone numbers that never mention their company. Clearly most people are not picking up their calls which is another big red flag. In just a few short months of dealing with them, I've gotten calls from several such numbers including residential numbers they must have just picked up (and may cycle through as people get wise to the new numbers). I live on the border of woods and their mosquito service knocked out the mosquitos here for a few weeks. After that they were back enmasse (as would be expected).
