Con: Needs better communication/conflict resolution skills. We had a long standing relationship where I explained I couldn't leave work till 5, which was her last appointment time. SHE came up with the idea that she would set the time for 5 but I could show up between 5:15-5:30 because she blocked enough time out of me, which would allow me to get to her. This was our understanding for over year and half. Towards the end of this year and half relationship, over a two month period, I was in there 5 times for weddings/events. This was a lot of money, and not once did she tell me this arrangement was no longer working. We'd text each other when I was on my way to let her know or when SHE was running late with other clients before me. No big deal. When I arrived the last time (as normal), no "hello" or greeting, I was immediately told I was "disrespectful and rude with her time" and proceeded to argue and make baseless accusations against me. I told her I was never aware this wasn't working with her and had she told me the last time I was in (two weeks prior) we could figure out a new arrangement.
