I did this and the woman, Alexis, had me fill out a new brochure and I sent her screenshots of my previous request which showed what I wanted and the date I would need work done. Again, I don't hear back from anyone. After 4-5 days, I email asking for confirmation on booking and she tells me she's on vacation and will get back to me later. This morning she emails me to tell me my date is not available any longer. Thanks to you guys, I have wasted almost 2 months at this point trying to book with your salon when I could have been looking elsewhere. My wedding is in 3 months. I understand that in changes of ownership things can get lost in translation, but I would think you'd be more apologetic and willing to try and get clients scheduled after they were lost in the mix the first time around. Instead, I felt thrown to the way side and obviously like not much of a priority. Would not recommend.

She walked me through the steps of both tinting and waxing and made me feel comfortable, and made sure that I loved the end result. I showed the stylist exactly what color I wanted, and they confidently said they could achieve it, but the final result looked completely different from what was promised. Not only did my hair turn out nothing like the reference photo, but the color is barely visible and looks uneven and dull. What makes this even worse is the lack of honesty and professionalism. At no point was I told that the result might be different or that my hair could not achieve the color I requested. Instead, I paid a very high price expecting professional results and left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and honestly upset. I also wasted hours of my time for something I never asked for. A professional salon should communicate clearly, manage expectations, and stand behind their work. Unfortunately, this place did none of that.
