When I went to ask where my order was, there was no apology, just a reply 'it's coming' as if it was reasonable to keep someone waiting so long. When my coffee finally arrived it had syrup in it. I took it back and politely asked them to change it. They denied that there was syrup in there - basically accusing me of lying. I asked for a refund. They were reluctant to refund me and behaved as if I was being unreasonable. The money was eventually put on the counter with a bad attitude and there was no apology. What a predicament tis that I must choose one or two. Walking by we couldn't help but notice the window display. So many tasty treats to tempt the eye and stomach of each and every street goer. We decided to purchase a few items. It is hard to remember the items that we purchased. We took our take away and continued to tour Greenwich and other stops before making it back to our hostel. Upon our arrival our desserts did not appear as when we left due to the jostling along the way. But, the treats were still tasty and delectable. They hit the spot. Thanks so much to the employees who helped us make our choices. They were kind and knowledgeable. Everyone here was overwhelmingly friendly!!
