The onboard bathroom was clean as well as the interior of the bus. They give you plenty of time to enjoy yourself on the venture without being rushed as well. Stonehenge was a really cool and historic sight to see. It's really well done and is a "well-oiled machine". It's easy to still loss time though so be mindful. Also take the shuttle! It's not worth a walk you can do just about anywhere. Get up and enjoy the sight! Also don't expect to walk through it and touch the stones; they simply allow you to get very close and take nice photos but you don't walk through and touch or meditate there. There's active staff there to ensure safety and compliance which is more than fine! We all want it to last so it's no problem. We got wonderful shots and we're in awe the whole time! Well worth checking off our bucket list Bath was also amazing! Really feels like you've gone somewhere + back in time The drop off is right next to the museum and the city is easy to walk. So good Def worth the journey and even a stay over there. I felt like we were in Good hands the whole way with this team! Having Anna from Premium Tours was the piece of mind we needed to ensure a safe and enjoyable day. Anna was knowledgeable about Paris and engaged us by asking questions, making the tour more engaging. Our day began with a warm welcome at LE PAIN QUOTIDIEN, a cozy coffee shop located inside the train station. Here, we received our train tickets and went through the Eurostar system to scan our passports and belongings. Once inside the train, we met our tour guide, Anna, who was incredibly welcoming and provided clear instructions about our meeting point outside the train in Paris at the Gare du Nord. Upon arriving in Paris, we boarded a spacious, air-conditioned tour bus that took us to various locations. Our itinerary included a panoramic sightseeing tour of Paris, a relaxing 1-hour canal cruise by Bateaux Parisiens along the Seine River, a visit to the iconic Eiffel Tower, and a delightful 3-course lunch with wine at the Eiffel Tower restaurant (if an upgrade option was chosen). We also had ample time for shopping near the Louvre Pyramid. A tip for the canal cruise: the best seats are on the top deck on the left-hand side. Emma left no stone unturned in terms of telling us interesting facts about the area- from the church denizens snorted crack in during the 80's to the cannons now used as pavement markers. We saw back alleys and learned everything from the- get this- Jewish origin of fish and chips to the architecture that enabled people to find pubs back in the day and for the post to get delivered before post codes. Coutours combines the sense of fun of a friend showing you around with the backstory. It's tailored to your needs and Emma's history degree and inate likeability makes for a perfect London experience. Her delivery as a tour guide is spontaneous and she's so ridiculously knowledgeable you can't help but be impressed. There are fashion based Coutours, inexpensive Coutours, high and lowlife Coutours....whatever you have in mind. Your Coutour is customisable and can be for singles, couples or groups. So, if you are looking for something not stiff and formal that will leave you marvelling at this great city, you should have a Coutour. So when I stumbled upon Coutours (A friend posted on Facebook about her day so I took a look), when I saw all the variety of spooky tours Emma offered, I couldn't resist! I booked her some tickets for a ghost walk of London and gave them to her for her birthday. Mum was ecstatic when she returned from the trip. Unlike other tours where it can sometimes sound like your guide is reading off a script, Emma was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all of the questions people threw at her - I'm sure one gentleman in the group was looking to catch her out- but she knew her facts. It was also very refreshing to see some of the more unknown ghost spots, that without Coutours we wouldn't have known even had a spooky past (I would explain further, but I would recommend going on one ASAP, so I won't spoil anything!). As far as pricing is concerned, I was slightly dubious at what we would be getting for such low prices (£15 per person), however now we have had the tour, I see that it was exceptional value for money. We were all thoroughly entertained for the entire trip, and afterwards we couldn't stop talking about all the different things we learnt, and we had a good laugh at all the things that scared me! As aforementioned, my Mum loves to go on ghost tours, so I'm used to spending double that price for tours in small towns, so the fact that Coutours don't triple the price because it's London, puts them even higher in my books!! After our amazing day, we're considering booking out a tour with Emma (So paying for a group of us too all go at the same time on a private tour) as it's such good value and something a little different to do in a city that, I admit, I get bored with visiting all the same places repeatedly. This made me see London in a new way, so I can't wait to go back to Coutours and explore more about the different areas within the Capital. All contact that I made with Emma has been responded to very quickly and she is a lovely person to speak with, I would very highly recommend Coutours to anyone, as they will tailor your experience to fit you perfectly!

She really loved knowing everyone and made sure each of us was well taken care of. Bogdan got us where we needed to be on time and very safely. When the tour began, Pauline told us we would all become friends. She was right. When we disembarked for the last time, there were so many tears as we all said goodbye. I hope to stay in touch with everyone in our group. And when I hear Willie Nelson's "On the road again", I will remember my time in Europe.
