OK to be honest I don't know where to start. I unfortunately booked the three tickets with this…read morecompany. They were supposed to fly out on the 9th of July 2025 on the ninth last Saturday. I got this Saturday gone Saturday before I got a confirmation saying that the flight's been cancelled, it's been a week or more than a week now that I've had conversation with this company fly catchers and Pegasus airline Back-and-forth and nobody nobody is trying to help whatsoever. The only thing they're trying to do is charge me every time I ring up for them to do a fake new flight with somebody else to charge me twice to try to change the flight and they lie to me I've explained to them why I'm pushing for these flights because my sister-in-law she has cancer and she's only had a couple of weeks to live and she wants to see her sister and my two kids. I've explained all this to them. I said to them I have the medical report. I can send it to them if they need to. I begged them please to sort this flight out anyway that they can the only thing that they're trying to do is charge me to pretend that you are they are your friend and your brother and sister and they're trying to basically pretend that they are helping you but then no they're just giving you a Runaround. I've spoken to several people one of the main guys that he is I spoke to The the first time was called Mr Masoud Masoud Siri he's the biggest liar and the most ignorant person I've ever spoken to when you asked for a or a supervisor they lied to you and then I put a negative review on Google and TripAdvisor and I got a phone call straight away. Couple of phone calls a person called Mr Naeem called me Naeem or Mr Nadeem whichever they call me and they apologise to me and said we understand that I've got three people working on your case we are going to get the ticket sorted out for you but the only thing that we are asking you if you could kindly remove the review And they said to me give me 24 hours will get your ticket sorted out for you so I did I remove the review and I will waiting for them to sort it out soon as the review was removed a couple hours later I called up to see what was the progress They literally turn around and said to me we've tried everything and we can't do it for you until then, I've been speaking back-and-forth to them again and again today they tried to charge me £1490 at once then now they're saying that will charge you 900 and something pounds And they just constantly want to get money out of you while this cancellation wasn't our fault and this is not a holiday. I've explained all this to them and to be honest I'm sick and tired of them. I will never ever recommend anybody in the worst condition. Deal with these guys all the reviews that you see that they got five stars after when somebody put a negative reviewthey get their friends family with a different phone with a different SIM card and IP numbers trying to come Put positive review which is fake you can tell because one negative review you have about four or five positive reviews straight away and I will prove this and put this on the website. I will not leave them alone. I will carry this on with all my power just to prove a point to them that they are cunning artist they are thieves And honestly do not waste a penny with these guys and don't waste your time. I've been going for about nine days now with these guys, please please do not book with these guys stay away from them. Date of experience: 07 July 2025
