When I was in the States, I used to use Queen Helene Mint Julip Products on a tip from my talent agent friend Melanie. (I had to name drop, couldn't resist). I figured she would know as she had beautiful skin. Sally is the only place around that stocks Queen Helene. Sally Beauty Supply is a good place to come for the higher end shampoo and beauty products or if you dye hair (your own or someone elses). If you are looking to buy a wig, value for money and quality wise, you can't really get better than this area. A huge selection of shops with a variety of styles. After much trying on and playing with all of the wigs in the shop I walked out with a £30 real hair shaggy cut. Fabulous! It's great for when you just fancy a change or if you're having a bad hair day. I'd suggest coming in this shop with a friend. You can get a little carried away and end up walking out with a Tina Turner number if you take the fella behind the counters' advice.

If you have a chance to go I recommend you try the brush concealer from this brand, it's amazing, it lights your face with triple wattage power! The service is as in the other stores, impeccable, and the decoration fab. For Christmas try and go for the candles they make great gifts and don't break the piggyback. Try the Dyptique line or even the Space NK, which is a little cheaper but still smells like heaven.

A three story Sally's!…read more This store is huge. It might be the biggest Sally's I've been inside. The top floor is mostly hair treatments and styling products. The bottom floor is hair colors, and developers, as well as dying supplies. And the last floor, is nail colors and nail care. The store is very organized, and easy to navigate. I found some hair dye, peroxide, gloves, bowl, and nail clippers. Basically, everything I was looking for, I found. 10/10 experience!
