The staff was helpful and kind and we ended up buying a lot from them. We had to create a UK membership because our US one wouldn't register there and they didn't have some of the bigger soaps- they mentioned we may find these at outlet locations. These items can be a bit more costly but the quality and scents are great and we've been using them for years!

The store was mostly clean and clutter-free, it was easy to get around, but anything other than that would be rather odd for such a small store. 3* - This store is okay, but due to staffing issues, I would only recommend using this branch if you are in a rush ahead of getting a train, if you have more time the other nearby Boots stores including the one in Victoria Place would be much better.
