I was told that people that book online don't really there is only one esthetician there. I don't know or care how many are there. The online scheduling and the over the phone scheduling calendar should be synced and there shouldn't be availability to schedule online at a time if that time isn't available. Secondly I waited 15 minutes after my appointment time to be acknowledged. I sat there while the 2 employees in the office were running around, microwaving their lunch etc. I've never had a facial in a room that has day light shining in my face. Close the blinds. And last but not least, the esthetician's Apple Watch was constantly dinging in my ear throughout the entire facial. So that sure took away from what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. I thought just maybe after the first ding she would put it on silence. Nope. She just let it continue ringing in my ear throughout the entire facial. I emailed the business to make them aware of my terrible experience, and they didn't even bother to acknowledge me. So, that says a lot.

Not only did I…read moreNOT get that, she added on an extra treatment while I was in there (on opposing sides so you HAVE to come back), but then took my license and did a hard pull on my credit without my knowledge or consent, which is ILLEGAL. In fact, she brought in my card while I was attached to the equipment. She signed me up for FOURTEEN treatments at a cost of $9,000. I didn't sign that paper. Oddly enough, that particular page had a hand-written line and "my" signature in the middle-right of the page. Any official document would already include signature and date lines at the bottom. After looking through this folder of junk, I notice that page. I call HCS (the loan place) immediately and cancel the loan. Alysse says she'll do the same. The last time I went in there was August 6th and I paid the money I owed with my credit card. The loan wasn't dispersed until August 14th. So, I didn't spend a single penny of that loan. That "contract" stipulated that if no money was spent by me before September 1st, the "contract" would be void. So Alysse and Ideal Image have $7,500 from HCS that they're trying to get ME to pay. I called Ideal Image corporate and was told that they're lucky they are a franchise because that is not the way Ideal Image does business and it certainly doesn't line up with their core values. I showed all the e-mails between Alysse, the woman from HCS, and myself (where they both admit to legality and ethical issues on Alysse's part) to my credit card company and they found Ideal Image to have obtained money in a fraudulent manner and they did a charge back on Ideal Image. I got over $2,000 of what I paid myself and I've stepped up the issue with HCS to have this fake "contract" handled and Ideal Image can pony up the money the straight up STOLE. I love Ideal Image, but I will NEVER go to a franchise again. They hide prices, don't give you what you actually asked for, and create add-on areas that you never asked for. I was given upper abdominals that I NEVER asked for... I trusted them and assumed the applicator would be moved down to cover my entire stomach (the stomach is what I wanted) throughout the process. Nope. Never happened. They made me pay for that. I will say that every other staff member I encountered was wonderful and friendly. Alysse was too friendly; touching my hair TWICE. But I suppose you do what you need to in order to scam people... try to make you seem like their friend. Looking throughout this thread, it appears as thought the business owner was never actually notified of this issue, because I was never told her name or given her contact information. Or, if she was, she never bothered to reach out or go over the dozen or so emails between Alysse and myself. I hope she actually sees this and realizes how Alysse goes about business and how it really reflects poorly on her establishment.
