Would not recommend. Practitioner has a lot of passive aggressive opinions, and they offer just about everything besides acupuncture. Add-ons I was sold included Detox footbaths, essential oils, b12 shots, expensive light treatment and more. If the acupuncture is effective, this should all be completely unnecessary. I was diagnosed with cellulitis Saturday and the antibiotics were not working and the pain was intense. The pain was like the pain that comes with shingles. By Monday it had spread and I went to Romans Acupuncture. I was given a complimentary chair message while I waited. I have been going to Roman's for over two years. I have arthritis I both shoulders and I manage the pain by having acupuncture and massage. Stacey is a consummate professional and knows what she is doing as does Ryan, the massage therapists. Having the acupuncture and massage has been a very good pain management program for me. I take 3 to 4 aleve tablets per month. I know that if I did not use acupuncture and massage I would be taking a lot more medication. Coming to Roman's Acupuncture has been the best thing for my health and my husband's health. I first came to see Stacy on January 2, 2017. I had been suffering from back tension and had made a New Year's Resolution to take better care of myself. When I entered Stacy's office, I immediately felt a sense of calm and new right away this was the place for me. Stacy listened carefully to my symptoms and was non-judgmental. She took time to review my history and discuss options for treatment and ways to help meet me my goals. After one acupuncture treatment, my back tension was gone! I definitely did not think I would see results that fast. I continue with acupuncture to keep this tension at bay, but have tried various other services and acupuncture treatments on my road to better health. Stacy and I discussed my desire to live a healthier life by changing my eating and exercise habits. At that time, Stacy introduced the Ultra Shape and the Vela Shape to me as an adjuvant to my healthier lifestyle. I decided to give these treatments a try. After the first session, I could notice a change in my body shape and was successful in losing weight and inches with this session. I have went to Romans for years it is a very nice and friendly atmosphere. They have affordable prices. I went to a chiropractor for years and I always started hurting the week before I had my monthly adjustment. When I went to Romans and had acupuncture I could go six months without hurting. On multiple occasions when my general doctor was unable to cure me after a month of prescriptions they offered me products that would help my symptoms. I bought what products I wanted and I started feeling better after a week of taking the product. When my 8 year old daughter is sick she does the ionic foot bath to help pull all the toxins out from her body. read more
