Amanda, the technician who did my original screening and fitting was so thorough and helpful and teaching what was going on and what changes would occur in the future. I felt excited to address the issue early rather than wait. I felt no pressure whatsoever from Amanda. When I had a few minor issues with getting things adjusted at first, I realized I chose the right people to work with. They didn't just say hear you go and then vaporize. They worked hard with a product they believe in. I generally like to work with professionals that I have been personally referred to. Amanda made me feel like I discovered a secret on my own. I moved to Coon Rapids and saw them last year for cleaning in the Coon Rapids center. Just recently 2017 I had an appointment to have a hearing test. The test went well. My hearing has deteriorated. I was ushered into an office with a Sharkey professional and shown some really good hearing aids. However, the price is very high. Subsequently, I complained about the price and was told that they would research less expensive units and they would notify me when they had news. That was 3 weeks ago and I have not heard from them. I am looking for care elsewhere.
