I had been waiting for you to contact me and when you did not contact me just like all other times I was told someone would look into this refund and I never heard back from anyone I posted that review on yelp. Yes, I think people should know when a client is ignored and your company does not respond or even contact me when the person I was working with is no longer available to see me. After the rude encounter with another employee taking the scheduled appointment I was told only a cleaning would be done and the was no time to do a service adjustment. She did not make any arraignment for me to see someone else. No call, text or email advised me about getting my hearing aids serviced. When I stopped in the front office said they would check-in about a refund even if it would be partial based on my last appointment. I never heard back from the St. Cloud office. I don't like leaving negative reviews but based on the way I've been treated as a client and then ignored I felt it necessary to get a response. Also to bring to your attention that something in the way of customer service was missing at the St. Cloud office. The way the service contract was presented to me it was like one appointment would cost as much as the contract and when I only got a cleaning it upset me that was an expensive cleaning. I reluctantly agreed to a hearing test at the urging of my daughter. I am bald so hearing aids are out of the question..Right? As a health care professional I was aware of the fact that Hearing aids improve mental focus and slow dementia and I'll admit things weren't coming as quickly and easily as when I was younger. Hearing aids have opened up a whole new world adding richness to my life. People no longer avoid talking with me and started treating me with more respect like I was suddenly more intelligent! Best of all I am now enjoying hearing my beautiful wife, children and grand daughter as never before. I m still surprised when I talk to people about them and they are shocked when I take them out to show them saying "I can't believe it.. I never saw them" For Pete's sake I'm bald and don't like hats. I wasted time and money trying discount in ear amplifiers but finally realized this is very similar to Dentistry..Its a service not a product. Lindsay was very caring and willing to listen to my story of my right ear. We came up with a plan which was reasonable and went from there. I did appreciate they had a hearing test area and I was able to get a test during my appointment and didn't have to go somewhere else it come back. Ann helped me with this and was very kind and helpful. They do have a couple of other locations as well Coon Rapids and St Louis Park. I was able to get into the Maple Grove location in a timely matter. I would highly recommend this clinic to try to get to the bottom of issues they really seem to know what's going on. Thank you

He said he would do my surgery and my health insurance company was being difficult. His decision was to send me a certified letter dropping me from his care. I was extremely disappointed and confused. The surgery I needed wasn't a surgery that could keep waiting. I thought I could trust him to do the right thing and in all my over 50's years I had never had this happen. The same day the insurance company asked more questions, he had a letter written up and sent certified mail. It would have been simple. "It's medically necessary " because it is. I have to start all over now and the pain will stay there until I find a surgeon that is trained on Inspire. What happened to "do no harm". He has done me a great deal of harm by doing this. I trusted him.

There I was, butt in his face, he first put the camera in my butt, pulled it out, briefly put it in my vigina & then back up the butt. It hurt so bad, I was screening in pain , a nurse said hold my hand, I hung onto her hand so hard while screaming for him to stop. Begging him to stop,he did not, the nurse went away, as I continued screaming please stop, Jesus help me, Scream, screaming, STOP !! He did not. When it was over,he said nothing. I told the nurses who were not in the room how horrific it was, The pain kept me in bed for 2 days,unable to eat.Just cry. It was like being raped. The nurses noticed I was in there longer than most people. Should of been 30 min. Mine was almost a full hour !!! Someone cancled before me, maybe that made him mad, or the fact that I am in a pain clinic or maybe just because I'm a female. I will sue this animal that calls himself a Dr. People out there, find out what kind of Dr. You're dealing with, ask a friend who they had as a Dr. This will effect me the rest of my life. I went from running marathons to sudden chronic pain that was so bad I could barely go for a walk…read morearound my block. I visited this location with the hope they would listen to my experience and help find a resolution. The doctor spent about 15 seconds listening to me, rattled off a bunch of conditions asking if I had them (which idk that's why I was there....?) and then sent me on my way. He laughed in my face when I asked if it could be something in my home environment making me sick. And then he told me I wasn't really sick. When I read the after visit summary, I was shocked to read the assessment was that I have anxiety and depression and need to be referred to psych. That was never even discussed in my 4 minute visit and I was disgusted to see my physical pain and life disruption to be dismissed as "all in her head!". Save yourself the visit bill and find a clinic who actually cares to listen to patients.
