The thing I like about this group is that they listen to my input and correct any problems that I have. John is able to work on hearing aids as well as provide services and has saved me a lot of money by being able to correct small problems that I have had. I probably wouldn't have to get new hearing aids if you had put volume wheels on my hearing aids. Diane has those volume wheels on her aids but you didn't put them on my aids. I really am upset that you didn't put them on my aids. At Connect Hearing they couldn't believe I didn't have volume wheels on my aids. Why did you do this to me? What have I done that you treated me like this? I probably wouldn't have to get these new aids if you had put volume wheels on my aids!!!!

Dr…read more Rosinko's knowledge, professionalism, follow up and attention to detail has made my first time wearing of a hearing aid a pleasant experience! Just to give you an example of Dr Rosinko's awesomeness, the 1st week into my experience, I needed some tweaking to my device, which she had fully explained could happen. I sent her an email through my devices app explaining my concerns. Within a day she was able to upload new settings to my hearing aid to correct the issue, without even having to step foot in the office. I can't say enough, Dr. Rosinko and the rest of the staff are fantastic!

We've been patients here since 2009. The past 2 years, since they became Whisper Hearing Centers,…read moreservice has been AWFUL! The staff who answer the phone for both the ENTs and audiology are incompetent and rude. The office that serves both sides uses computer phones. My patient with hearing aides cannot understand them at all. They mumble, they echo, they talk on speaker and do not use headphones+microphone. When you tell them, they say there's nothing they can do and move on. I asked them to pass on the feedback and they said it's not their job. I was interrupted and then hung up on twice -- because I described the problem and told them it is unacceptable. My patient, who is an adult child, was hung up on because she could not hear them. THIS IS AN OFFICE THAT WORKS FOR (not with, FOR) PEOPLE WITH HEARING ISSUES, and they hang up on you because you can't hear the system they use, which does not cater to deaf and hard-of-hearing! The one I talked to one of the times said she doesn't even talk to that many hearing impaired people, and that she and other staff can't hear us well either. There seems to be no training for the staff to first of all understand that they serve the patients not the other way around, and that they have to cater to the population with disabilities that this business exists for! The doctor and audiologists are fine if you make it past this joke of a scheduling system.

Thankfully, she set the expectation that the hearing aid would be uncomfortable for up to 2 weeks. We are well past the 2 week period and my mom's hearing has improved dramatically!! My mom has been fitted with the Lyric hearing device. It is tiny and cannot be seen at all! We have been waiting for an X-small Lyric for several years. It is finally available. My health insurance would not pay for a hearing test at a hospital eye/ear/nose department. A…read morefriend said that their doctor recommended the "hearing test at Sam's Club" in this case the one on 96th Street in Indianapolis. Turns out that Lucid tech has staff at 400 Sam's clubs. Since it was free thought what the heck. The test took at least an hour. I got a full report on where on the volume and frequency level I had an issue and how in my case this impacted correctly hearing spoken word. They showed me the difference a hearing aid would make. They have a wide spectrum of options to choose form IF YOU CHOOSE TO BUY FROM THEM but there was no pressure at all to do that. I was astonished at how complete a job they did. How clear they were in explaining the results. And would without hesitation recommend them.

Efficient. Courteous. Spotlessly clean and comfortable facilities. A rockstar team of nurses. A…read morekind and skilled anesthesiologist (thank you for taking care of me, Dr. Fritch). My much-admired, wonderful orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Kurt Martin (from Greenwood Orthopaedics). I was checked in, and walked back within five minutes of arriving. I was introduced to the friendly, cheerful nursing staff. I was given a plan and instructions, as well as clear explanations. All of my questions were answered. Missy, my RN who has been in communication with me via phone for a few weeks, was as charming and efficient in person as she was on the phone -- she's a great communicator, and I really felt I was in great hands. (I'll be getting a call from her tomorrow, when she checks in with me.) The plan was executed, smoothly, with no complications. I woke up feeling great, a couple of hours after I went under general anesthesia -- no nausea; just a little groggy. Missy fetched me cup after cup of water for my dry mouth. The physiotherapist explained how to sit, stand, walk, turn, rest, sleep, etc., then got me up on my feet to take a lap in the hall. Leg felt strong. There was no pain. So they went over the discharge instructions with His Goatness and me, and handed him the packet of instructions and information. They walked us out to the car (after they had His Goatness park it right in front of the doors), helped me in, and waved as we left. I've had many surgeries and general anesthetic procedures in my life. This was the fastest and smoothest episode I've ever experienced. Thank you so much, everyone!
