The current set (improved technology and features) is working very well. The appointment went as expected, with cleaning and complete check-out of operation. We discussed how things were going and an improved "Dryer" for storing the hearing aids overnight. I picked up some additional supplies while there. Dr. Rosinko (as well as Dr. O'Connor) always exceed my expectations. I recommend this service to anyone having any type of hearing issue. You can always depend upon them for objective information, professionalism, and high quality services.

I bought Beltone hearing aids in 2012 and paid over $3,000.00 for them. Since then they have…read morestopped working 3 different times. The Beltone offices on W. 86th St. and Allisonville Rd. in Indianapolis, IN. had to send them back to Beltone for repairs. The 3rd time, I asked them to have Beltone just replace them with new ones as it is impossible to be without hearing aids for 1 to 2 weeks which is the length of time that I was without them. Jody, Michele and Attilio Ciochetto work at these 2 offices and they said that it depends on what Beltone says. Well they never were replaced. Attilio Ciochetto said that I need to put them in the humidifier jar every night which I did. In January 2015 my right here aid just fell apart when I was changing the battery. I called the Allisonville office and Jody said to bring it in. Attilio just happened to be in that office and he said you were lucky you caught me. He looked at it and did fix it. He said not to put them in the humidifier jar anymore. So I didn't. March 2015 I took the right hearing aid out that night and it broke in half exactly the same place. I called the next day and Jody said that Attilio was not in that office that day and if it had to be sent in again there would be a $200. charge. I asked if Attilio would be at the 86th St. office she called back and said he would be there at 2 until 4. I left about 3:15 and called the 86th St. office and talked to Michelle to let her know we were on our way and I asked if Attilio was still there as he had fixed it the last time and she said he was again I told her we would be there shortly. When I arrived at 3:50 pm Attilio was backing out in his car. I went into the office and Michelle looked at the hearing aid and said this has been stepped on. I told her no it wasn't and she said oh yes it had to have been stepped on. I told her that Attilio fixed it once before and I when I took it out of my ear the night before, it just broke the same place. Michelle said well it has been stepped on. I said no it wasn't and I wanted Attilio to look at it and she told me that he left. I said when I called you you said he was here. She said I know but he had to leave and that Attilio wanted me to leave it he would look at it but if it had to be sent to Beltone there would be a charge. I picked the hearing aid up and told her that I would not leave it and that I would never ever buy Beltone hearing aids again. Bad quality on Beltone's part and terrible customer service from the Beltone offices on Allisonville Road and West 86th Street offices in Indianapolis, IN. I can't believe that Attilio would leave knowing I was on my way there. Just horrible to put customers through this.

Dr. Patel didn't spend much time with me at all, recommended septum repair & threw in turbinate reduction even though I wasn't having problems breathing (aside from the break). So now I am +4 months post surg & my nose won't stop running because the turbinates were reduced too much. Options are nasal drying spray (which hasn't worked) or another (pricey) surgery to build the turbinates back up - no thanks. My nose is straight(er) but the tip is still numb & the nares area is so tender I can't blow my nose like a normal person. I REALLY regret having this done.
