The staff, audiologists and eventually the PA (Jessica DeLaRosa) were fantastic... So lets just list. 1...... 1:30 appt....... He arrived 45 min late. 2. No introducing himself or apology. 3. He said two things.. "Stopped up Ears", "Do you have sleep apnea) 4. Did a cleaning in both ears, (i had an ear infection affecting my hearing)...stood up and said I will prescribe drops, come back in 10 days. 5. Opened the door and walked out. We didnt get a chance to ask what might have caused it, could i resume wearing my hearing aids, or hearing protection while working with equipment... Or get his opinion of the blood that sometimes comes out of one ear.... Never in all these years have I been treated as dismissively and rudely by a so called physician. Now here is the sketchy part... I went into my patient portal thinking maybe they put some information there. I read the details of my examination and thought it was someone else. It said he had me lay down and that he performed a detailed exam that he explained what was happening and causes that he was prescribing drops and he explained the possible side effects It also said my breathing was normal and not labored..(he didnt check my breathing) and then the kicker... it noted that there were no abnormalities or nodules on my thyroid...... which are probably true since i had my thyroid removed due to cancer in 2007. Now this may be a computer generated form that fills itself out if no entry is made, but ........ So.... I refused to see him on my follow up but got in to see the PA, Ms. DeLaRosa, and she was great...... But believe all the 1star reviews about Leffingwell as I had much the same experience

Since then I have returned on several occasions as this technology is pretty new to me, for assistance. They have gone over and above whenever I have a question or concern. Then my husband went to SoundWorks on Randol Mill Rd and really liked it, so I decided to try it. SO glad I did. Joe Morales is awesome - professional, personable and knows his stuff. For the last month I have been wearing Oticon aids and really love them. I look forward to putting them on in the morning so I can hear and then I pretty much forget I have them on until time for bed. Joe has adjusted the aids so that I can hear what I want and need to hear but am not deafened by extraneous noises. And you would not know I'm wearing them unless you looked very closely. Hearing better has been a life changer for me.

Specifically called for a product before arriving. They were great upon entering, very nice and…read moreupbeat. Told the young man what & why I needed the product. He looked at me me said this is it. After getting home I mixed the two products together. Let it sit as needed before injecting. While waiting I proceeded to read the instructions to determine how to store it. It states that this product is not for intravenous use. Which is what I was told twice. The offered to refund their product price of $1.25 cents which is as great but I am out of luck on $50+ that was spent on the other product. So I am just out of luck. It good thing I hadn't taken the injection. Who knows what would have happened. The only positive is everyone was really nice at the store.
