I was referred to this center by my insurance, United Healthcare, for a hearing test and possible…read morehearing aids. The center is clean, well staffed wearing protective equipment. They were pleasant, courteous and seemed knowledgeable. The audiologist, Jan Glick was also both pleasant and knowledgeable and explained all the steps she would be taking during the hearing test and what to expect. The test was complete and Jan went over the results in detail. Afterwards she programmed two hearing aids for me to wear for a while to show what I could expect in a walk around the hearing center building outside to get a brief feel for what my wife and could expect from the use of such a device. When we returned to the office Jan explained the costs and procedure to obtain the hearing aid(s). I was most impressed with the entire process as well as the office. This business was sold since all,of these 5 star ratings the person who bought the place named…read more terry is deceptive ,not knowledgeable and gets rude with you .here are the facts to support ( I have full detail on google review that is waiting approval that goes into more detail A) upon making intial appt he and wife did not disclose business was sold when i asked for appt With orevious person , when i called him on it, he said he wanted to tell people in person as he feared they woukd be upset and not come in B) while holding my hearing aid ( she he knew model) said he can program it even if im in another state remotely , that was not true with my model when i looked it up C) when i went back a few days later , he had a hearing test in my file that he said was mine and the truth is He never gave me a hearing test , he said oh, its very similar to the one in your file( my assumption is he copied it and made slight change to look authentic to bill insurance) D)when I questioned him and said I was going to call the insurance company to see if you billed. Them, he said " go ahead call them tell them I said Hi" Then he escorted me out of the office telling me that he doesn't need me he has hundreds of patients It's sad that he will be able to pray on the elderly and vulnerable because they do not know better than to question him

I was asking all these questions about seeing them online about discounts then they said oh just go online and spin the wheel so when I did that I got $20 off but it was just a bad energy like no one was really happy or welcoming and when this white guy came in after me they were all happy about him being there. They were like oh do you want some water but no one asked me if I want anything. They wanna ask me how I was doing. I had my 3rd appointment today and am so impressed with them. This place runs so efficiently, the facility is bright and clean. Everyone is smiling and help each other. You're not left sitting or standing waiting for your next set of instructions, someone always jumps in to keep it going. The music is awesome and the staff is top notch and very responsive. I feel a lot of positive vibes and already feel a difference in my shoulder. Ive been to a different pt group and felt ignored, sat waiting around for the therapist, who was managing a few different people to return with the next set of instructions. The other facility was dated, the machines quite old , the carpet....gross. There is no comparison. Phynix is top notch. I wish they were on my radar the last 2 times I needed physical therapy. Ive not included photos as there are always patients and i feel that would be an infringement on their privacy however Phynix has a website so you can check in out there. This will always be my choice going forward.
