I called and the receptionist was so friendly and was able to work me in without issue to see the audiologist. When I got there, Abigail Bavaro the audiologist made the mold and sent it off asap. Got a call a week later, they were able to get me in the same day to change out the mold. She's to the point, through but quick and so friendly. I'm so so so happy to have found this place.

I had one more lab test to do and now I'm waiting to hear the results. Hopefully I will learn what's going on with my body.
