The interactions reflected a lack of cultural sensitivity and respect, leaving me feeling marginalized and unheard. Patients of color deserve equitable, compassionate treatment--free from bias, assumptions, or subtle forms of discrimination. I also discovered discrepancies in my test results that raise serious concerns about accuracy and transparency. Patients deserve respectful, competent care and the right to advocate for themselves without being mistreated or dismissed. I would not recommend this provider to anyone seeking inclusive, ethical medical care.

It's never easy to leave the practice of a family doctor who has met your needs and those of your family for over 45 years. But, as with this case, I needed to find someone else to fill that personal need. I was referred to Dr. Bradley Kunz by several personal friends, all of whom gave Dr. Kunz high marks in professionalism, knowledge, personality, and desire to listen as well as treat his patients. As a result, I am very pleased with my choice. In fact, my wife who also had the same need to find a new family doctor, found Dr. Kuntz's wife, Dr. Ann Brinkman, who also serves at this same location who was willing to take my wife as her family practitioner. Although we have to drive a considerable distance -- north of Polaris to Lewis Center, we are both happy to drive further to get the specialized care we receive. But, to get back to Dr. Kunz. He was willing to take a fresh and different approach to my treatment protocols; even to the point of prescribing other medicines to treat me with a fresh, different, and effective plan of action. His tech, Tom provides a light and personal atmosphere for the otherwise mundane, but necessary evaluations, history, to prepare me to be seen by Dr. Kunz. If you are in need of a new family doctor, or would like to have fresh eyes to evaluate your situation for a second opinion about an issue, I would heartily recommend seeing Dr. Bradley Kunz.

If they saw my number on id caller they just would not answer. Funny they would answer from my work phone. The Doogie Howser doctor acted like I was dying and treated me like an alien. Let me tell you the staff here are the polar opposite! By far the nicest and most helpful staff I've ever encountered! They always greet you with a smile and seem genuinely happy that you have come in. The doctors here are blessed to have such an amazing staff up front. The practice has grown considerably since 1997 and now includes 6 or 8 doctors and several nurse practitioners. They recently relocated to new facilities in the Altair Medical Building (off Africa Rd just beyond the COPC Headquarters and the COPC Medical Building. I have the utmost faith and trust with these doctors and credit Dr Richard will saving my life when he detected colon cancer over 20 years ago when it was still highly treatable. He's not one to order tests unless there's a really good reason and is not one to overly medicate a condition. I've seen a number of the doctors and nurse practitioners in this practice when Dr Richard hasn't been available and all provided excellent care. I would highly recommend Westerville Family Physicians.

I returned Saturday 5/1/2021 after work at 3PM. I saw the nurse practitioner who prescribed antibiotics and said she would send the rx to my pharmacy. I went directly to my pharmacy and they did not have the prescription. They said they would text when they got it. Sunday morning I called the little clinic and left a message with the answering service. They never called. I called at noon and left a second message. At 2PM I called Kroger and talked to the supervising manager. They walked back to the clinic and put me on the phone with the NP. She said she would resend the rx and that she did not get my messages. DO NOT GO THERE. THEY ARE INCOMPETANT!
