They set us up with HealthiPlan for payments but we paid some of it directly to them. They are supposed to have our account updated with HealthiPlan to reflect the payment and have not done so yet. The request was made about two weeks ago and I am not able to speak with the accounting department. We would love to have this resolved so we can make a final payment. She has been here for more than twenty years and provided me with excellent care. Just had my annual hearing test after which she made some minor adjustments to my hearing aids to fine tune them for optimum performance under various conditions and settings. She even programmed them to my phone so I can change the settings to varying surroundings as necessary. And Lauri at the front desk, is so friendly and helpful in scheduling or follow up visits.
