I booked a fancy dress party for my 30th here and I have to say everything that I sought in the venue, belushis offered. Facilities TV screens (my content) Music (my playlist) Decorateable room Beer Pong Good lighting What more do you need. I went in and met the staff before hand to check it out, and they had already preprepared a super hero themed cocktail menu as per my request... But they'd gone all out. Staff What amazed me about here was that every single member of staff was kind, helpful and friendly. They supported me above and beyond with some Av problems, they reassured me when I was worried about identifying my guests for minimum spend, and staff kept popping in to check we were ok. Vibe If you want a laid back sports bar this is good. Personally not a massive fan of the sports element and there was a big game on while I was setting g up the demographic was intensely male. Its cheap and cheerful and the food is bar snacks of the same type. My superhero themed party was a stressful event because the staff there were amazing, For my night it was 500 minimum spend for the room, with 30-40 guests having cocktails from 7pm, we had reached it by 11ish. I would say it's a good deal, and for me ended up being significantly easier to host there instead of my house!

This place is dependent upon what type of night you want to have and who you are with!! It can seem quite a civilised place if you enter after work or during the day. You can order standard bar/pub food - the nachos are particularly good and sometimes if you fancy fried food the fisherman's basket is also tasty! Most recently a friend and I were having work drinks across the road at the Slug and Lettuce and decided we wanted to 'carry on' (not that we needed to!). We had to pay to get in as downstairs is a club. So we entered, loud pop music playing, people dancing and singing having a good time. We felt quite comfortable and managed to get a high table and stools to sit at, enjoying all the energy and hilarious dancing! However downstairs was scary! You walk down a set of stairs into an underground area of people dancing and many just slumped up against the walls leering at all the women. The bar was tiny and the music was a mixture between 60's to 80's cheese and rock?! Interesting.

Eat breakfast here before leaving London and honestly best decision ever. I stayed at the St. Christopher's Village Hostel and you get a 25% discount so the food and drinks comes out super cheap. My friends and i ordered 3 Americano breakfast which consisted of eggs, ham, sausage and pancakes in which was delicious. I literally ate everything. With the 25% discount we paid 12 pound for the 3 americano. Literally such a great deal!

They don't serve Americans or black people. Ignored our table completely. But served a table of 5 white people.

As soon as we mentioned our team they let us up. They have multiple floors with seating and bars to grab a pint. They also have QR codes on the tables that you can use to order more drinks and food. Their food was typical sports bar food options with some fun twists with some different flavor and combinations. We ended up ordering three cheese and pickled onion nachos and they were unlike any nachos I've ever experienced in the US. Tasty, but definitely a different spin. We had an area saved for us and it was a fun time to cheer on the team with others. As soon as the match ended though, they were kicking us out for the next reservation- fair, but after a win we were all ready to celebrate and it definitely ended the party. I also used the restroom and unfortunately my stall was out of TP. I'm sure they see more people in the gentlemen's room than ladies but it is always a nightmare to reach for it and not find any. Ladies look before you choose your stall! Overall it was a good time and if you know what to expect you'll enjoy it for what it is.

I almost died here…read more Let's rewind a little bit, though. So Walkabout is a great place but the seating on the upper level is not guaranteed after a certain hour, where they are certainly going to be reserved. However, there is ample seating on the ground level. The Walkabout platter is a GREAT bet if you're looking to share with one person. My group of 6 got three platters and we were happily fed. It comes with 2 kangaroo kebabs (TRY IT, KANGAROO TASTES AMAZING), 2 garlic breads, 2 corns, onion rings, french fries, and 4 total chicken tenders. Fantastic serving size for 10 pounds total, which is only 5 a person! As for the drinks, the happy hour pitcher situation is fantastic. It's a pitcher for 6 pounds!! Executing on this deal, I asked for a rum and coke pitcher. They said they don't do that, but offered a vodka/red bull instead. I gladly accepted. I noticed later that they had a rum/pepsi/malibu(?) type combination which I don't see why the bartender failed to mention. Anyways, I got my vodka/redbull pitcher and downed it quick. So I foolishly decided to get another pitcher and down that one as well. With the pitchers being six pounds, I figured why not. Albeit this was already 2 pints in. I was awake for the next 45 hours. I went over the top, let's be honest. However many Red Bulls they put in there kept me up for basically 2 days. SO THAT WAS A LITTLE NIGHTMARISH BUT IT WAS ONLY BECAUSE OF THEIR FANTASTIC HAPPY HOUR PRICES! Go to Walkabout. Drink responsibly.

Originally from Australia it was refreshing to find such a great place in the middle of London…read more I was in town for the Rugby World Cup final :( and came by to watch the 3rd place match between South Africa and Argentina. The place was extremely busy. Despite how crazy it was I managed to get served very quickly at the food counter with a great meat pie. At the bar I tried several of the Aussie beers many which I didn't even think were even being exported. Relatively they were priced well. The only negative thing I can say is that the upper area was all closed off for a private function and it was hardly being used. It would have been nice to be able to sit somewhere while eating. Some of the Aussie beers available.... Victoria Bitter James Boags Coopers - Pale Ale Coopers - Sparkling Pure Blonde Fosters...ummm yeah..ok..
