Although it is still early days there are lots of things to enjoy here already. First impressions count and the first thing you will see here is the aeronautically inspired decor. You can admire bits of plane on the walls on take a seat in reclaimed airline seats in the bar's 'first class cabin'. Notwithstanding there not being an airport nearby this theme immediately sets the bar apart from its competition. I haven't been here in the evening yet but the coffee matches the quality of the decor. Higgin's London Particular blend provides the beans and the staff do the rest. If tea is your thing, no problem, a selection of loose leaf teas from Little Sparrow Tea are available. Coffee is no good without cake and this is an area where I think there is still work to be done. My pistachio cake this morning was a little stodgy - I am sure this will improve with time though.
