This however was not the case. I paid 12$ to be able to access the hills and the tow rope. Being her first time I knew she would not be using the tow rope quite yet. So she was on the hill and my experienced friend was also there giving her some tips. We had been in a spot for over an hour, then a staff person approached my daughter telling her she had to move because classes were using this hill. There were no signs posted saying the hill was reserved for classes nor were we told when purchasing a ticket. Not only this but the hills were ice, not groomed and not ideal for snowboarding. We ended up leaving shortly after this as there were no spots for my daughter to board. We will not be back.

But still improving, however the program that the previous school district had was a fantastic program, and bam different school district took over and destroyed the program as time passed through. They ruined the COOL FACTOR of Crosswinds. The Theater program is destroyed and it's after school instead of during, and plus the school district brought a company to run the theater program. Now my favorite teacher from there can't run it anymore because of that stupid school district brought that stupid company. I think the Art classes are gone or not i don't know, I can't confirm. Anyways I don't recommend this school is worse now then back in 1997-2013 belonged to E-MID school district. 2013- is now belongs to stupid school district Perpich school district. So yeah I don't recommend this school at some points but not fully. Btw it's a year round school year and I like that school started at 9:30 AM - 4:00PM and that rocked.

The volunteers were welcoming and explained what to do in terms of purchasing tickets and using them to get food. There was quite an array of different types of food - most of which were prepared right on the spot. It was interesting to see how different cookies and desserts are made. For $12, I got a wide variety of goodies to take home, share with my family, and sample a nice selection of Scandinavian food. I'll be bringing my sister next year with me so we can spend time there exploring the bake sale, craft sale, and listening to the music.

He loves going to Mathnasium as they have excellent teachers (Dave & Sara Jane) who explain concepts in 2-3 steps which is easier for him to comprehend.The teachers take their time and usually their is 1 teacher per 1-3 students. We no longer have the anxiety and stress that came with doing his math work. The White Bear Mathnasium has provided an excellent environment that supports his learning style and the materials that have nurtured his math progress. He looks forward to his time spent there, and takes pride in the work that he is doing. He frequently talks about what he has done and what he has learned from "Mr. Dave" and the other tutors. Through various math games and his daily work, the program has allowed him to develop the discipline required to have success in math. It is a great space with a multitude of resources to help students understand math. We are glad we found it.

The combined elementary/middle school they run is in an older building, but has modern technology (ActivBoards in every classroom, multiple computer labs, ipads, and chrome books). The church itself has been remodeled and added on to fairly recently, with a large sanctuary, video screens for overflow crowds and a modern sound system.
