Once I had time to sip on my drink and take some videos and photos of the waiting room, she invited me to the treatment room. While she did my facial we chatted and laughed. Not only was so gentle, she was professional and well informed. I asked a lot of questions and she was super informative and encouraging. The products were great on my skin. I loved every second of it. I would recommend 10/10! I love supporting black owned businesses that have great customer services and deliver quality treatment. My husband and I stood outside of the shop for about 15 minutes . we knocked on the door and no one answered. I called no one answer the phone. My husband knocked on the door and then someone came to the door. I just couldn't believe that she sat inside of the business and listen to us knock on the door until she got ready to open the door, I cannot support this. The other young lady was more interested in her cellphone than meeting the needs of her clients.Both young ladies are talented but imo they do not appreciate their clients. And by the way.. I drove 1 hr to get there. Beware.. do not prepay.. had I not prepaid I would've left.
