Checkout lanes are very slow. They have a loyalty program, but I don't buy much here, so it's not very useful. I was actually shocked by the fall in quality, cleanliness and variety: several food freezers were broken down and had yellow caution tape on their lids; many items I used to purchase here were unavailable; the store had a bad odor that definitely made me not want to buy any meat here; and the parking lot was full o potholes. Pão de Açucar is a chain of supermarkets, which is probably not going anywhere, but it really seems like this location is getting ready to close.
