The list would be never ending essentially. They have really nice staff too, always willing to help out and everybody that comes here just seems down to earth. They hold classes here for different activities and there's always something on, there's always a buzz about the halls but as you get into the gym part upstairs, it's very regularly nice and quiet. Only on the rarest of occasions will you ever be waiting on machine, treadmill, or anything else they have here. The Weights is a slightly different story however. With weights you gotta wait around from time to time simply just because of the floor space. The only two issues for me I guess is, that the equipment is a little outdated and worn out. Don't get me wrong, everything works fine but you get the feeling that it's old, that over the years it's gone through a lot of damage, wear and tear. Floor space is also a little constricted in the actual gym. Sauna is great, seems to always be working, steam room too, and jacuzzi. Pool however is a little more difficult to access as there seem to be a lot of lessons on, on a regular basis. Never been a full member of a gym before so don't have a whole lot to compare it to I guess, but we shall wait and see it the three starts will be brought up to four!

Recepionst behavoir was really bad. Specailly the old women her name is Verolla. She behave with every one very badly. Couple of my family friends are join there. They have same experince with that lady. Some time they locked rooms and we need to wait for her long time. Also gym there is no music. They close the music all the time. If we request to put music she saying music is not included in the gym fees. Also the securty man over there behavior is so rude . when we parking, he is using bad behavior all time. he using bad language even with old ladies. So the customer service is really bad there. Not recommned family pepole.

There is regular classes in the room The problems are as follows The showers are too hot even in summer time everyone i speak too hates the showers there is only three showers for how many dozens of men in the gym at any one time of the day. the queue to use the shower is ridiculous most people just go home and use their own shower the wait does be too long. the mans changing room is always under maintenance at least once a month something is being fixed. The staff are not openly friendly they are very standoffish most of the time i do avoid them and not ask for help from them they always seem annoyed when you talk to them when they are behind the desk They changed the staff some months back for the worse the old staff were very friendly and when they were not working and used the gym you could strike up a friendship with them which made going to the gym better. Now the new staff seem annoyed and pissed off when they speak to you i ask one of the female instructors questions once in and while but find her hot and cold sometimes she will speak with you and joke but most of the time you get the impression she doesn't like talking to people. Sad really because the gym needs a more friendly atmosphere. The 20kg plates are old and need changing Overall its a ok gym the blokes in the gym spend a little to much time flexing in the mirror but thats blokes nowadays they love themselves.

The only good thing is low price per month, price would be 5 stars, staff would be other 5 stars…read more Equipment is very poor in free weight area, for anything you have to wait from 5 to 10 min in a queue . Not enough dumbbells, no dumbbells more then 40kg, not enough free weights, as if 2 or 3 stronger guys do exercise all other has no weights left for them :D Gym for kids, you cant plan your time and train professional as probably you will be stuck in waiting for bench , squad rack, or dumbbells.

UCD is still in production). It was initially opened in 2003 but closed after only 18 months to have the roof fixed, which was completed in 2005. The main pool comes with a moveable floor so they can shorten the pool to a 25-meter pool with a two separate pools, one for diving. The complex also includes a kids' pool (Aquazone Waterpark) with slides and an on-site gym and cafe. There is room for about 2,500 spectators as well in an impressive viewing gallery. If I was to describe the quality of the pool when extended to the full 50-meters and when it's not too busy? Abso-feckin-unbelievable (that's a word... right?!). If you've never swum in a 50-meter pool you should do it immediately! I unfortunately live a fair bit away so only get to the pool once every few months and for a pool-based triathlon each year (Fingal Sprint, held in May), but it's well worth the trip and I've never been disappointed! I would STRONGLY recommend however to phone the centre before you go, because a LOT of clubs and competitions use this pool and also it's not always extended to the full 50-meters; try and go at off-peak times with the full distance available, and you're bound to come out smiling!

However, the kids were here for the Aquazone. I was pleasantly surprised by the Aquazone, it wouldn't compare to water parks on the continent, but my Irish standards it does pretty well. The changing rooms and pool areas are all very clean. The changing area is communal with lots of cubicals, so makes it easier when you have kids with you. The main attractions for younger kids are a wave pool, lazy river and a pirate ship with a few small slides. Then for the slightly bigger and braver kids there are three flumes and a "flow rider" (a large stream of water you can surf or bodyboard on, great fun). The three flumes are very good, each one it quite different, so nice bit of variety. My niece loved the flumes, running up to me after going on the Dark Hole flume "that was TERRIFYING........... I'm going again!", I thought the entrance fee was about right; Adult €14, child €12 (3 & under free) and family €46 (2 adult & 2 child). You can stay as long as you want, but the ticket is single entry. It is much cheaper at off-peak times, however, a lot of the attraction will not be operating.
