We could not be happier with the service that Ben provided. We probably weren't the easiest customers: we can only look at houses on weekends, we're limited in our budget, we were pretty specific in the area we wanted to buy in and what we were looking for. Ben took it all in stride, then even walked us through a complete nightmare of a buying process. Guess what? Lots of mortgage and insurance companies don't want to give money for/insure a super old house, particularly if you're first time buyers. And if they do, you have to jump through a billion hoops. While we were freaking out, Ben was always available for an emergency contractor quote/visit, our millions of questions and everything else. There are definitely times when he was working on our paperwork incredibly late into the night. We actually met up at 10pm or something to sign some stuff once. And he did it with a smile. He also fought for us when other suppliers were being difficult/stubborn. I know that we weren't the only clients that he had during this time, but he definitely treated us like we were. He made an incredibly difficult buying process easier by being available, always being on the ball and working hard for us.
