If you have full coverage insurance and you don't use it because the other parties at fault and they accepted fault, do a third-party insurance claim, your doing your insurances job for them and will get screwed over. I had full coverage insurance through Gina Martin, thought I was covered in the event of an accident, yet when a motorcycle t boned my car from a stop sign they went to early from, I got convinced to do a third party insurance claim and got told I could use my insurance at any time if I got over whelmed doing it in my own. I got overwhelmed, got told by the total loss department employee from American family insurance. I was stupid for not using my insurance this is what theyre. paid for, after getting told this, I went to my insurance and said I'm ready to use my insurance and they told me that my insurance claim would be denied because the other insurance already accepted 100% faullt. My only fault I would change about this whole thing would've been never getting insurance through Gina Martin for when it came time to use my insurance that you hope you never have to use. I got anything but trustworthy help.

If you have a claim they do not assist you or work with the companies they FARM your coverage out to, most of which are extremely unethical and borderline fraudulent. There's an amusing sign inside the office for complaints or concerns, but that line isn't made to assist or resolve issues. Do NOT use this company unless you are company desperate because if you ever have an accident you will be victimized twice, once in the accidents and the second time trying to utilize your coverage that is bought and paid for. Id rather buy time share at a swamp As for doing everything humanly possible to assist, you have no idea what claim this is in regard to, to make that statement. Your office staff could barely accommodate a request for proof of insurance or rental reimbursement. Perhaps you should look more deeply before everything is reported to the IL Department of Insurance. 43 days later I still haven't seen anything regarding the accident and am still making car payments on a totaled vehicle. 25 voicemails, 18 emails, 3 hour reply window regarding documentation requested. Take responsibility for the "Companies" you affiliate with and farm your customers to.

I have my auto and home insured with them. In the spring of 2006 I had Hail damage to my home from a severe storm. I notified them of the damage and I had a Claims Inspector at my home within two days. The inspector checked for damage that I never even thought about looking for. As soon as I was able to get a contractor to make a estimate, the company had a check in my hands within days so that I could get the repairs done quickly. I will never use any other agent but Lacy England Agency.

I had already called 3 companies to get quotes but I just had a question on my deductible. Susan answered and was extremely helpful so much so that I realized my earlier calling the repair companies was in vain! She immediately found me a service, locally, that would come to my location at my convenience the NEXT day! Susan checked for the best price and made sure I was completely happy with the details! Thinking back to my wasted time on the internet, answering questions and the time I wasted calling other companies with their aggravating automated systems really made me appreciate my 15 minute call with Susan! She is an exceptional asset to their team! But this experience did bring up a shortcoming with my past dealings with Stanton Insurance here in Monmouth and need to report that shortcoming. To be honest, the shortcoming is on me for not shouting out Stanton's incredible service! I've had them as my insurance brokers for years, decades even, and they ALWAYS go the extra mile to meet my families needs! We love Jenna's contagious smile and her unyielding professionalism to get the best for her customers! Jeff is great too, just not as good looking as her!lol (I'm sure my wife would disagree!) But all kidding aside- I remember when Jeff called us and told us he'd found a better house insurance carrier and a better plan for our 4 vehicles for hundreds of dollars cheaper! Within five minutes, I had my questions answered by my former agent and had my complaints escalated. It has now been three weeks since I first asked for Brian to call me directly, and I've called several times since then trying to get ahold of him to no avail. Mind you, I've only talked to him once in the two years I had been with him. My Nevada agent would call me every six months to talk about my policy and see if I was eligible for any discounts. I never have once received a phone call from Brian asking to sit down and discuss my policy directly. They only wanted to sell me life insurance, which I really do not need at my age. If you value customer service and being treated well, I would not recommend this agent. I dropped Allstate for another local agent who got me a much better deal, and I can actually talk directly to my agent at anytime.
