I was left extremely frustrated as we had already purchased a beautiful piece of soapstone for it, and I finally found Chris. From start to finish he was communicative, worked with me to accomplish the design, discussed budget, provided a professional/digital design of the piece for me to view and approve and answered any questions or concerns I had, regardless of how menial. Chris had it handled through every step of the process and finished on time, on budget, and with a perfect install...no surprises. On top of that he is personable, and a complete pleasure to work with and our piece is stunning, with impeccable workmanship. This was a small project, only allowing to show a fraction of Chris's talents, yet he still worked with us. This is professionalism at its absolute finest, and a dying breed! The husband says I am picky with unrealistic expectations, Chris proved it can be done and I am looking forward to working with him again! During the sales process, they were great and creative, but once the contract was signed, their real face was reviled. They had staff attrition, the person we worked with during the pre-sales left, and they didn't bother to tell us. At that point, we should have terminated the agreement. - They completed a one month project in 4 months - The quality of the work was terrible. They didn't measure many things accurately; some cabinets were damaged when they were delivered, and some cabinets cracked before the project was even completed. - They promised to manage the project, and they did none of that - They ruined our hardwood floor and refused to fix it. - Leslie who ended up leading the project was rude to other vendors and us and not attentive to details at all (she didn't even come to see the completed product) When we started working with their team, we found out that every vendor they contracted with to complete the work had complaints about them. We chose to work with them because of the great review on Google and the pre-sales. Don't believe these positive reviews and stay away from this company.

Cabinets were delivered 8 weeks late (16 -20 weeks after ordering. Which delayed the job 3-4 months. The cabinets were built wrong, had missing pieces, were damaged, rude installer, and when 1 package of the missing pieces arrived, the owner told me she wasn't going to have another installer come finish the job. I had to find and pay another installer to buy the raw material, sand it, stain it, cut it, and install it. It took me 11 months to have the job completed and paid an additional $8,000 to have the job completed. WORST Cabinet company EVER! DO NOT DO business with them, unless you want to get ripped off.

None of the projects were easy or conventional. Art and his partner Mike understood exactly what we wanted and manifested it to pure perfection. The kitchen cabinets we wanted, involved finding authentic barn wood. I thought I was going to have to go on a wild goose chase to find the material, but Art researched the barn wood and found a place that sourced top quality barn wood. The cabinets came out better than what I could have ever imagined, and the quality is beyond top notch. The entertainment system involved a complicated sliding track to hide the TV when not in use. Everyone that comes and sees it is beyond amazed at how absolutely stunning and functional it is. We also had them build 2 walnut bathroom vanities. The quality of the wood was incredibly important. Art and Mike searched high and low for the perfect wood, and found it. Art and Mike are total perfectionists with an incredible eye for detail. They are laid back, and never get ruffled even when they are faced with difficult engineering problems. Their positivity and calming demeanor make them so relaxing and easy to deal with. Yet, at the same time, they are nothing but professional. We shopped around before choosing them and were amazed how competitively priced they are. I could go on and on about how truly outstanding their work is. Bottom line is, I would recommend them in a heart beat for any custom wood work. The result is truly a work of art (no pun intended).

I assumed that they were just busy. There were errors that affected the outcome of the kitchen that could have been prevented with better communication. But the big problem was the installer, I will refer to him as A. He was rude and destructive. During the tear out of the old kitchen, he did not put down anything to protect our hardwood floors.They are now dented and scratched, from the kitchen through the living room and out the front door. He carelessly dumped all of the debris on our front porch, heavily scratching the floor and front of our house. Both need to be repainted now. He needed a reliable helper. The one he had rarely showed up. Because A was doing the heavy lifting alone, our new cabinets got beat up. I had to touch up the damage with paint that I purchased. If you look closely you can see where. And lastly, A did not clean up at the end of the day as the owner promised. I did it myself every evening. Then to top it all off, A spent much of the day fielding phone calls from his girlfriend who would call to report the issues of her day. When he was not on the phone with the girlfriend, A would ramble on to me about his personal life. Way too much information! I waited a year to write this to make sure I wasn't over-reacting. Nope. It was the worst home improvement experience I've ever had.

After several visits to my home to measure (one 2 hours long!), sharing my inspiration pics, a zoom call, and repeated promises that a design and quote would be "any day now", and "next week" and "soon", I got ....Nothing! Not a text, not an email, not a call. Nothing. When I finally reached out after 4 weeks of silence, the designer apologized and said that if I wanted to proceed with them, I would be "made a priority". Highly unlikely after they had already wasted 2 full months of my time with their false promises. They were very unprofessional and I am sorry I ever called them.
