They then say they sent me the quote but can't provide any record of the email to show it was a "emailing mistake" (because this wasn't) This is nothing short of poor customer service, people falling through the cracks, and failure to follow up with customers. I'm glad we will be remodeling our kitchen with another company, after the runaround just trying to get a quote I would hate to experience actually working with them on a project. This was a unique and challenging project and I was really nervous about the outcome given the experience I had just had. None of the projects were easy or conventional. Art and his partner Mike understood exactly what we wanted and manifested it to pure perfection. The kitchen cabinets we wanted, involved finding authentic barn wood. I thought I was going to have to go on a wild goose chase to find the material, but Art researched the barn wood and found a place that sourced top quality barn wood. The cabinets came out better than what I could have ever imagined, and the quality is beyond top notch. The entertainment system involved a complicated sliding track to hide the TV when not in use. Everyone that comes and sees it is beyond amazed at how absolutely stunning and functional it is. We also had them build 2 walnut bathroom vanities. The quality of the wood was incredibly important. Art and Mike searched high and low for the perfect wood, and found it. Art and Mike are total perfectionists with an incredible eye for detail. They are laid back, and never get ruffled even when they are faced with difficult engineering problems. Their positivity and calming demeanor make them so relaxing and easy to deal with. Yet, at the same time, they are nothing but professional. We shopped around before choosing them and were amazed how competitively priced they are.
