I ordered a walnut mirror online from this store that featured smaller black ornate features on the…read moresides. Boy was that a big mistake. They advertised the item I purchased as having a walnut frame. After it was delivered to my home, I noticed that the black ornate features had paint on them so thick that it looked cheap and plastic. I also could not see any wood grain on the frame and it looked like the "walnut finish" had been thickly painted on. It didn't look like real wood was used like customers are falsely led to believe. I called their customer service line and asked why the mirror looked so cheap and questioned if it was even real walnut wood like they said. I was told this was MDF wood and not real walnut. They are making me pay for shipping to have this mirror returned to them and their excuse the customer service rep told me was because "I was the only one who had ever called and had a problem with their product." Bunch of malarkey. I am highly disappointed that I spent close to $200 for a mirror that was falsely advertised as a walnut frame and looks like cheap painted plastic in person. If this company would have cared to take care of an unsatisfied customer then they would have paid for my return shipping. Maybe I would have bought a different mirror from them if they had treated me better. I bet if they put MDF wood in the title of this product instead of walnut like is currently advertised, people wouldn't be so quick to spend hard-earned money on such a cheap looking mirror. I will never buy from this company again, nor would I ever refer anyone to them. They do bad business and don't support their customers when problems arise.

The counter-tops are recycled glass and came with a 4" backsplash - that left 8" of naked melamine in between the top of the glass backsplash and the bottom of the counter. I had a number of people tell me that no one would be able to apply tile or any other surface there because they'd never match the depth or line of the recycled glass. I could either remove the 4" of recycled glass and apply anything I wanted to the full 12" backsplash or I could live with the plain white melamine (that had a visible seam at the 8' mark). Well, it took over a year but Roger was recommended to me and he cut a single piece of mirror that fit into that space perfectly. Using mirror has brightened up the kitchen to an amazing degree and not having any seams or visible imperfections makes me ridiculously happy.

He showed me the different options and sizes, measured everything and was able to provide the quote in a one sitting. I requested the windows be replaced in June 2018, they were right on the mark! Replacing the windows is something we have wanted to do for the last 8 years. 2018 seemed like a good year to do it in. It was to be a surprise for father's day. I was a tad bit apprehensive... he loves them as well (Thank goodness!). They were able to build a bay window to match the configuration of the previous window. I also requested that the two other windows in the front of the house be built out into mini bay windows to match the living room one. These had to be custom built on-site. The windows turned out fabulous! These guys are amazing! 3 days and they had all the windows removed and replaced, including building the bay windows. You can definitely tell they have been working together for awhile. I just stepped back and tried my best to stay out of their way. Before they were replaced, the windows had a dark brown frame, which made the house look like it was a mint ice-cream chocolate chip house. We finally got rid of the chocolate chip windows.
