I called the office to speak with the admin, Jerry, but he was "on a conference call and needed to leave in 30 minutes and would call me the next day". I advised that I am NOT on my grandmother's HIPAA and that they would need to contact my grandmother directly. Again...here we are on day 8 with no response from the office! This is absolutely unacceptable and negligent! As a 30+ year employee in the medical field, I am completely disgusted with the lack of care from this practice!

We went there yesterday for my husbands first visit and it was awful. I won't mention the woman's name because I don't ever leave negative reviews, but today we are cancelling out completely. Perhaps someone will teach her about manners and care for the Clients family too. We matter in the scope of Client participation. A sad day indeed. When I first arrived, each client had a therapist. I was called into the back by a therapist who I thought maybe was just finishing up with someone else. It wouldn't have been a big deal but he started me off with something that appeared to be unrelated to my treatment and continued juggling me and 3 other clients the entire time I was there. Every other therapist finished with their client and went home. This is what caused me to cancel the rest of the appts that had been set up for me. It felt like I was a 2nd class citizen receiving therapy as part of a group instead of 1 on 1. The billing is atrocious as well. No one local can help you. It is handled by something called Instamed which has a website/paperless statements, etc. You would think getting a detailed invoice would be simple. You can't get detailed billing information from them without calling them and asking. Then they use terms that aren't really clear at all; nor does it relate in any way to what was submitted to your insurance company! To be clear, on my 2nd visit where I was treated by 1 therapist who was also treating 3 other clients simultaneously, ATI submitted a claim to my insurance company for seemingly random things: 1 item mentioned "chiropractic" and another mentioned "one on one" therapy. The charges for my 2nd visit were virtually the same total as the initial visit, which is quite insulting. In summary, I would suggest avoiding any ATI physical therapy because their corporate model appears to be anything but good communication or care.

The first doctor I spoke to was very nice and she said she ordered fluids and a specific med that I unfortunately don't respond to but I gave it a try....didn't do a thing for me. I'm then taken for an ultrasound and the tech was also very polite. From then on I only saw my nurses who were both very sweet but didn't see the doctor again. My labs and ultrasound came back "normal". No, they didn't I've seen the results. I never received fluids. Then I got kicked out of my room and got relegated to the loud busy hallway because apparently my room was needed for someone else. Then after two more hours this male doctor comes up to me asking me "what's going on?" So I relayed AGAIN what's going on in front of everyone in the hallway and that my pain hasn't improved. So he then says "your labs and ultrasound came back normal so we don't know what's causing these issues we're gonna discharge you with a referral" and then walks away. I'm sitting there still experiencing the SAME symptoms and pain I walked into the ER with and I felt completely unheard and dismissed. Women's reproductive health is not given the attention it should be given. Our pain and suffering is minimized and discounted. My faith in Prisma as a whole and compassionate doctors is becoming a thing of the past. Sad. They tell you if the issue persists to go back...to what be ignored and dismissed?! No thanks.
