The whole medical service is a joke. Wife came in to be seen for a high ankle sprain yesterday and other small related issues. They keep her there from 9-1pm Tuesday, does the whole visit including the long wait to say they didn't know how to diagnose the small issue and also says the X-ray machine isn't working today but was working yesterday so she couldn't get a X-ray on the sprain so we don't even know it's broken then goes to say to go to another facility. Why have a person on a potential broken ankle go to another facility after waiting all day. What's the point??? Not to mention the receptionist was no help at all, even went to tell my wife she had to buy a mask from them because they didn't want cloth masks in the waiting room, while she herself wore her masks under her nose and other people in the waiting room had regular masks on that weren't regulation. Not to mention they had my hobbled wife go to the pharmacy to get a prescription for crutches not only did they not have them she calls back and says well you will need to go find them at another place and pay out of pocket??? What!!!! They don't care enough about the patients but will be quick to take the money from us and the insurance company. No one from my family or anyone I know will ever come to this place. Shady Practice indeed!!!
