I always come to caduceus since I first started trucking in atl. This clinic is always on point to me. Coming inside, I was greeted by their beautiful staff and they had me smiling and laughing. It made me feel superrrrr welcome. It was a pretty good experience. I went to get a DOT physical for my CDL to stay active and valid. The process was smooth. From start to finish , I was in and out in an hour. Flat. I filled out some medical forms and sat for about 10-15 min before being greeted again and called back. It wasn't packed of super busy like other places I've been to before. It was a sigh of relief lol. Once I was in the back I proceeded to complete my tests and spoke with the provider. Her personality was so pure. They care about their patients and took very good care of me. I'm grateful for the staff. It wasn't a moment of dead air. Ms. Hanna and Mrs. Dr.M Collvin had great customer service, Ms. Hanna is so sweet with exceptional genuine support she greets you very polite and dies her work well. The receptionist at the front desk was doing too much the light skin female with her hair in a ponytail. I spoke two times she didn't speak , she waited a like 2 minutes and responded back to my greeting, she never acknowledged me when I walked up to her desk she continued her conversation on the phone ,she only handed me paperwork to foll out, another customer walked to her desk he spoke also to her she didn't speak back, she only asked him what he was there for, I am fully aware of genuine and fake energy she speaks well but her actions doesn't match up. read more

Rudest staff I've ever experienced. Was the only person in there and did not bring a mask with me. Lady at the desk told me that I needed a mask to enter. I asked if she had an extra and she told me no and to go to a nearby gas station. Clearly this is untrue as they are a medical facility and the lady who told me to put a mask on had a blue throwaway one on. Grabbed a mask from the far nicer man at the gas station and went back in. A lady in front of me had no mask on and walked right in. The lady at the front desk said nothing to her. Apparently the mask rule only applies to certain people. If we are going to enforce the mask rule why are we selective on who can and can't wear one? read more

The worst place I ever been. The front desk lady is rude. My advise to her is, if you are not happy with your job, look for another one to make you glad. I got there at 15:39 and she ask me what is the company name, told me to sign the paper and wait. At 16:09, I asked her how long will take, she said 1:30 thru 2 hours and she did not have anything on my name and I notice my name was crossed out in the paper. I did call to the company's HR and I was told an e-mail was sent at 15:09, and they had talked to the front desk lady about it. But the lady inssisted they didn't have received any e-mail. I know when you are not welcome in a place. The owners need to know about how their staff treat the customers. read more

Regarding physical/medical exams, I've posed this question sooooo many times: What is the proper length my ball hair should be? When a doctor tells me to drop my trousers, I don't think that I should be fully shaved like a porn star, but I don't believe that I should sport a "full bush" like a homeless hippie either. What is the happy medium? Ladies, what do your fun holes look like before gynecology appointments? Smooth like a newborn baby, a carefully trimmed design such as a heart or "landing strip," or do you subject your doctor to a tangled mess of pubes? Those were the questions that I ruminated over as my physical/medical exam at Caduceus Occupational Medicine became increasingly imminent. When the time came, I found my way to their Hapeville location, which has a narrow single lane for cars both entering and exiting, so be wary of that. After completing the initial paperwork, I braved a 20-minute wait, which was made more tolerable by the magazines, TV, water cooler, and faux leather chairs. When my name was called, I was led to an examining room wherein my height, weight, pulse, and blood pressure were measured. My vision, hearing, flexibility, gross motor skills, and balance were assessed as well. Thankfully, the medical professionals who saw me were smiling and made small talk, which made me feel comfortable before the inevitable (and awkward) full frontal nudity. Or so I thought. Not only was my visit to Caduceus Occupational Medicine the site of my first EKG, it was also the first physical/medical exam that DID NOT require me to show "The Full Monty!" The lack of ball-grabbing hernia checks alone earns Caduceus Occupational Medicine my 5-star salute! I can tell you from experience that it's very degrading to be completely nude in front of a fully clothed person. (sigh) Unrequited love sucks. Following my examination, several mysteries remain. If this location is open 24/7, why did I have to wake up for a 9 AM appointment? Why is there a "K" in EKG if there isn't one in "electrocardiogram"? And I STILL don't know what is the proper length that my ball hair should be! read more

This place is horrible...I got hurt on my job and sent here. The staff is unprofessional and the doctor I saw told me I'm going to get her in trouble for not going to work and writing a prescription. It is dirty...the furniture is cracking and peeling. The ceiling in the X-Ray room...you can see straight through the roof. I am not happy with the staff, sanitation especially with COVID, and the level care. read more

I give this location a great score because the staff is personable and friendly but professional and the doctors are very caring. Unlike the downtown Atlanta location that I reviewed last year, I was actually examined. Dr. Dawkins asked me how I was feeling - not TOLD ME like the Doctor at the other location. I had physical therapy at this location, and will not return. While in physical therapy, I listened to physical therapists complain about their job. They continued to complain and did not pay attention to me and what i needed to do to recover from my accident. Very unprofessional, and continued to complain the whole time I was there. read more

I had a Bad 1st experience. First of all, It took my driving there 45 minutes thats one way. When I got there, I seen 2 men getting into a car, both with White shirts and ties leaving, but i thought nothing of it at the time. When I got inside to now see the doctor, they told me I don't have an appointment, and that i wasn't in the system. Say What! I received a certified letter at my door (at home) twice verifying my appointment for this day @ 1pm. They said, not only did they NOT see my name in the system, the DOCTOR HAD LEFT. Say What! You mean to tell me I came 45 minutes traveling to get there, and thats what they tell me. The staff wasn't apologetic at all, and when i asked her can she look again, she act like she didn't want to, and i said would it kill you to look to double check, then she did, but NO RESPECT WHATSOEVER. She got a call while talking to me, and didn't even say excuse me, just went on and answered the phone RUDE. Now i'm wondering when i was entering the building, the 2 men that i saw wearing their PRETTY WHITE COLLARED SHIRTS & TIES, were those the DOCTORS LEAVING, i'm sure it was. I wouldn't be surprised if the Doctor told the Receptionist girl, to delete my appointment.... I don't see it being at all likely, that you get a CERTIFIED LETTER TO SIGN NO LESS, and theirs nothing in the system. You better believe I'M GETTING TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS. TERRIBLE RECEPTIONIST, NO COUTH. Just by the looks of the office, II see why they acted like they did, and why it was so easy for the doctors to leave. read more
