Thirdly, I'd go back tomorrow if I lived around here. The most delicious cheeseburger and fries I've ever had. What kind of cheese, I don't know, type of bacon? Got me. Just the most delicious beef patty (grass fed I'm sure) sauces, and bacon/cheese combination ever. We came because they cook their fries in grass fed beef tallow, and boy can you tell. The fries and the seasoning on them paired wonderfully with a garlic aioli sauce. Look I mentioned the $40, but you could spend $100 on a steak somewhere, and you wouldn't be eating this good. I can't say enough good things about this place! Every bite was absolutely delicious. I had the Benchmark Burger with fries, Mac and cheese bites, and steak fries--all cooked to perfection in beef tallow, which made everything extra flavorful and crispy. The burger was mouth watering and packed with flavor, the fries were perfectly golden and seasoned with their concoction of spicy, and the Mac and cheese bites were rich and satisfying. You can really taste the quality and care in their food. Great service, cozy outside seating only (they are expanding into the building but currently running out of a food truck) and definitely a spot I'll be coming back to! So delicious we didn't even have time for a photo, portions and esthetic of food get a too. First french fries I have eaten in ages. Made with grass fed tallow, NOT body destroying canola oil. So wonderful to have an excellent food source with so many great menu choices. On my first visit I tried the steak frites, side salad and each of their sauces. Sooo good! Can't decide which sauce is best cause they're all so yummy. Woot Woot! Their french fries are fried in BEEF TALLOW !!! Such a rare/ awesome find and super delish. I got the crispy chicken bowl with jasmine rice and a soft boiled egg. It was some of the best food I've had in Havasu. I can't wait for the actual restaurant to open. Plus the food is cooked in beef tallow so this is a great place If your cautious about seed oils. Highly recommended!! read more

TOP SPOT here in Lake Havasu! Everything here is delicious, you can't go wrong. They also cook everything in beef tallow which is also a huge bonus!! No bad seed oils and adds amazing flavor! Their crispy chicken is the best I've ever had.. the chicken bacon ranch sandwich, the jasmine plate add crispy chicken - ALWAYS made with extra love. Poke is delicious.
