We got seated very quickly and there was live music for our entertainment. We ordered a couples share which let us pick a starter and then we had a choice of soup or salad and an entree for each of us. I got the 6 oz sirloin and it was salty and our waitress asked us how our food was and I told her it was too salty so she took it back and then she brought me a different steak and it was delicious. All of our food was really hot and tasted fresh and flavorful. The service was excellent. Wish we had room for dessert because the chocolate cake looked so tasty. We will be coming back for more another night.

I got a 16 piece, 8 buffalo and 8 hot lemon pepper. Quick turn around time, takeout order handed to me by what I presume was the very friendly owner. When trying new places, especially in Bullhead, my expectations are always subdued, but thankfully Wing It! surpassed them and was excellent. Good sized wings, packed with meat. Really hefty pieces. The sauces were drenched, the hot lemon pepper was especially delicious. Absolutely recommend this spot and hope to see them succeed.

Basically, If I could describe it, it tasted tainted by river. Like a swampy dirty smell with every sip. I basically stopped drinking any water during my whole dining experience there for this reason. Granted, it could have been my particular glass was dirty, or partially washed. It may just be that the water isn't filtered and it is tap. However after tasting my wife's, hers tasted similar albeit not as strong. The problem is, the tri-state area has the worst tap around. Everyone knows this. This wouldn't be a big deal if this was dennys. The problem is, like I said, this place is masquerading as a fine dining experience. It should be held to that standard. The minimum would be filtered water. So it's either a problem with the dish washer or the water itself is poor quality. Or they get the water from the casino bar which are notoriously bad quality in laughlin. Next we go to the meat itself. It may be that it was lacking because I went on their discount day, which I was unaware that it was, the special was a "prime" Rib for a good price if you get the package with the baked potato. Which is fine, but it may be on that day they use choice meat instead of prime to get a better margin for price and so they can sell more. That being said, I still ordered the full price prime rib, not the special. It still lacked in quality. Seemed very tough and full of connective tissue. Ordered medium rare. Alas it was Grisly. Which is indicative of lesser quality meat selection. Likely choice/select cuts, not true prime. I don't mind, but they are charging vegas quality restaurant prices but not in vegas. The quality needs to match. I don't understand the high reviews here because I gave this place 3 chances and this sadly was the third. I won't return ever again. You can get better quality if you just enjoy a drive to vegas. I thought it may have been a fluke but now I realize that is the norm there. There is some good but not worth a return. The asparagus and potatoes were cooked wonderfully. However, I don't go to a restaurant for their garnish dishes. I go for their proteins. We paid full price and I didn't bother to complain to the servers because it isn't their fault. I just won't come back.

A simple explanation from the beginning would have made all the difference. The rest of our experience was wonderful. Our server was attentive, friendly, and on top of everything throughout our meal. The place looked great except for the restroom trash can was overflowing with paper towels, maybe invest in a bigger trash can if you have that much foot traffic However, toward the end of dinner, we noticed another family with a child who had a water bottle at their table. That left us confused all over again. If the policy applies to everyone, it should be enforced consistently. If there are exceptions, those should be communicated clearly. She forgot my food for over half an hour and when I saw countless customers eat and leave, and my cousin being one of them, I asked her how much longer it would be. She was rude. Made my sister wait to recieve her drink after she completed my order. Two different orders. Told my sister she'd have to wait and it's not her fault. She also said she didn't have to deal with this, stormed off and proceeded to slam things around the kitchen. When she finally came back out with my food, most of it was cold except the chicken sandwiches. When I reminded her about both mine and my sisters drinks at this point, Over an hour later, she called me a bitch u set her breath. What happened was they forgot to make my food. And instead of admitting that or apologizing she threw a tantrum and everyone heard it. The rest of the employees were accommodating. I told her, she forgot items in my bag and she blamed the guy who took the order and told me it wasn't her fault. She just bagged what she saw. And I asked why she was bagging a ticket that she didn't have a clue of what was in it or of it was a complete order or not. That's when she went to the back and threw her fit. Idk if the employees are acting out because the management allows it, or if it was just a bad day but it was unacceptable. I went to the side walk cafe to complain about this with the management and Donna was a nice lady who listened and told me she have someone reach out to me. This was Friday. I was told someone would call me to resolve the issue, and today is Wednesday. I've left the hotel and returned home already. No calls have been made.
