I will start off by saying that for me 3 stars is good, 2 stars is meh This is how I feel about this BBQ spot I ordered a brisket and pulled pork sandwich The brisket sandwich was LOADED I mean absolutely loaded to the brim, but it wasn't very good. There was no sauce and the buns were basically cheap Hawaiian rolls. The buns kind of ripped apart trying to hold this sandwich and most of the bite just was multiple slices of brisket which made it impossible to eat. So I ended up just taking the slices out and eating it plain. The brisket to me was ok. It didn't really have enough seasoning or flavor, it also felt very chewy which is something that brisket shouldn't have. So it felt a bit undercooked. The pulled pork was great, but once again its just slapped in-between 2 Hawaiian rolls. Each sandwich is not cheap, 17$ for brisket and 15$ for the pulled pork. Once again the meat was kind of spilling everywhere and there was no sauce or anything else besides the meat and bun. Normally for a sandwich at this price point you'd expect it to be a well crafted sandwich with multiple ingredients and sauce. I would say they should ditch the sandwich pricing and sell it as just a meat plate. For the side I got mac and cheese and I wasn't a fan of it. Overall needs improvements. read more

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. This business advertises itself as a "small family business," but our experience demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. We hired them to cater an event for approximately 50 people and paid an $875 deposit which was half of the total cost. The invoice clearly listed the event date and delivery time. There was nothing unclear about the agreement. About an hour before they were supposed to arrive, we called to make sure everything was on schedule. To our disbelief, they had no idea they were catering an event that day. Rather than apologizing for an obvious failure on their part, they immediately tried to blame us by saying, "Normally people call the day before." That excuse is ridiculous. Why would any customer need to remind a business to fulfill a contract when the date and time are clearly printed on the invoice? Keeping track of scheduled events is the business's responsibility not the customer's. Because of their incompetence, family members had to leave an important celebration to drive across town and pick up food that was supposed to be delivered and professionally set up. Guests were left waiting while the people who should have been enjoying the event were forced to do the very job this business had been hired and paid to perform. Even worse, after the fact, the owner attempted to justify the situation by saying, "You sat in our parking lot and wanted to pick up your food. We do have cameras--they were on and recording." No one "wanted" to sit in your parking lot. They were there because your business failed to honor its contract. After multiple phone calls with no return calls, they had no choice but to come to your restaurant to make sure there would be food for 50 guests. Mentioning security cameras only highlights how completely you missed the point. The excuses didn't stop there. The business also tried to charge us for food we never ordered. We did not ask for the corn. It was offered only because they were unable to provide everything that had actually been ordered. Customers should not have to pay for substitutions that result from the business's own mistakes. After the event, the owner agreed to accept $500 "so they wouldn't have to mess with the credit card." The family wrote a check for that exact amount, and the business accepted it without hesitation. Now they are saying the family owes additional money anyway. Apparently, even their own agreements are optional. The most frustrating part isn't that a mistake was made. Every business makes mistakes. The problem is that this business refuses to take responsibility for any of them. Every response has been another excuse, another attempt to blame the customer, and another effort to avoid accountability. A business's true character isn't revealed when everything goes right, it's revealed when something goes wrong. This business failed on every level: they failed to honor their contract, failed to communicate, failed to return calls, failed to deliver the service they were paid to provide, and failed to accept responsibility afterward. We will never use this business again, and we will actively warn friends, family, and anyone looking for catering services to avoid it. There are plenty of businesses that understand what a contract means and know how to treat their customers with honesty and professionalism. Based on the owner's responses to other negative reviews, I expect another reply full of excuses, blame, and accusations instead of accountability. If that's the response, it will simply confirm everything written here. The facts speak for themselves. Our first visit to see this brick and mortar location. It was 80 outside and the covered patio was nice to sit and eat. We tried all bbq items and all were good. Got our order in 10 minutes. The baby back ribs were tender and juicy. The pulled pork was very good. The crinkle fries were very good, as were the bbq beans and Texas corn. Things to improve are the brisket was unavailable and the bottle water was not cold. Adrianna is very friendly and made this smoked cheese - it cracker which was amazing. On June 7, 2026, I contacted Honey Paws to cater a birthday party for 50 people on June 27. I paid the requested half down at that time. The day of the party my son contacted them to find out when they were delivering the food and they FORGOT. Their answer was that we should have contacted them the day before to be sure they were delivering the food. What was my contract and deposit for?? They were able to quickly get some meat together and only two of the three sides. My sons had to go pick it up. I will never use their catering service again. Also they tried to charge for the full amount minus the one side. They were supposed to provide warmers and utensils and none was provided. With a house full of 50 people waiting for lunch, it was a terrible experience!! Service was nonexistent. read more

We noticed the "Honey Paws Bbq" food truck in the parking lot at Ace in Bullhead City we talked to the owner David how he made his brisket he was kind enough to give us many help hints on how to smoke a brisket. The most exciting thing was he gave us a sample of his brisket. Needless to say it was amazing. We will be looking for his food truck in the future.
