I was basically forcing the business on him. He said "someone will come give you a estimate." I asked for a date and time and got an answer of "someone will just call you." I figured, that's fine. A week went by and nothing. So I went to the website and filled out the form for a free estimate. It's been a total of three weeks and not a call or email. I love giving small businesses my business, but apparently these guys don't need it. It's unfortunate because there's a lot of people in my subdivision looking for the same repairs I am. We had L&S give us a quote on a new roof. Gentleman showed up in basketball shorts and t shirt in the middle of winter. Didn't go on the roof for inspection, didn't go in the attic for inspection. Simply climbed 2 steps up the attic ladder breaking a step on the ladder following it up with a comment "this is why I don't go in attics!". Shined flashlight and said "yup you need a new roof!", some attic inspection that was. Gentleman was more concerned about what homeowners did for work to determine a price for quote. Don't flag my review simply because you don't agree with it, practice better business and you'll get better reviews.
