Aveen Mitra really stands out for the service he provides, and remembers you when you come back in. This must be what banks were like when my parents were my age, you know in the 'good old days'. The best thing about this branch is that they have a coin counter! I brought a whole bag of coins (dead money) in an swapped it for spanking new bank notes that I can spend on other things!

On a recent trip to Melbourne I came to this branch to check my accounts. It was a bit of a wait (weekday lunchtime) but I was assisted by a lovely women who took me through my accounts, refunded some money that was owing, and taught me about the concept of ANZ rewards. Staff were helpful, friendly and I left feeling happy with my accounts (I live in the UK now so it kind of just sits there). I've not had any dramas with my bank over the years and this particular branch was very helpful.

When I arrived there was no coin counting machine. They apologized and said they didn't have one. When I explained croydon had sent me there. They apologized again and said they would sort and bag it for me.it took the girl a while to do this but I really appreciated her effort and the customer service I received. They made my afternoon.
