I was referred to Nancy by my sister. I was skeptical to work with a new law firm at first since we've previously worked with a family friend for generations on end. Come to find out, the old law firm has been lying + cheating us for decades. It's scary searching for someone new you can trust. Especially when it involves money, contracts, insurance run-arounds, & expensive medical bills. I previously contacted Nancy before but was scared to follow through, so I never proceeded (biggest regret ever). For no particular reason, contracts are just intimidating to me. This time around I was involved in a major multi-vehicle car collision. I got rear-ended @65mph+ at a dead stop on the freeway during morning traffic. Which resulted in me crashing into the truck in front, then due to impact of literally being sandwiched by both vehicles - My car lost control, jerked to the right lanes in the middle of oncoming traffic & was struck for the 3rd time by a SUV. My airbags didn't deploy; my car was immobile in the middle of the freeway; I was just glad I dropped my son off just 5mins prior to the collision. I scared I was going to get hit again, hysterical & not knowing what to do... To put the cherry on top, the driver who caused the chain reaction crash fled on foot on the freeway! Besides doing a hit & run, the driver was also uninsured, undocumented, did not have an address of residence, etc. There was a whole investigation with CHP. This time around, I decided to contact Nancy. From the very first point of contact - Nancy was patient, knowledgeable, understanding, explained information in terminology I understood, kind, ALWAYS responsive + available (no matter what time/day I was reaching out), transparent, always kept me updated, explained the next steps thoroughly, provided excellent advice, & was always blunt with the truth. I had so many questions & Nancy was always reassuring. Updating me whenever she was updated. The law firm handles cases promptly while being as efficient as possible. Speaking to Nancy constantly, she became a friend from afar to me (although I haven't even actually met her yet)! That's how comfortable she made me feel throughout the entire process. Speaking to her feels gives laid back vibes. Whereas with previous experiences I've always felt anxious, afraid to ask, get what is given, no questions asked, & always feeling on edge. Not Nancy though! Nancy will forever be my go-to & whom I recommend to family + friends! I will never look no further because she instilled that trust within me. I know when referring her, whomever I refer will be in amazing hands. These guys are hard working, honest, and understanding. Pretty much everything you'd want from a lawyer; I got hit pretty hard in a car accident and my vehicle was issued total loss. Filled out the form for a paperwork and he said if I cancel it, he will ask the lawyer Alex to give me back $300 and I gave him $800. After a month, I canceled my paperwork and waiting to get my $300 back. He said dont worry, he will mail me the check thru mail. I have been waiting over a week, I texted him without response.
