But I no longer need department store products-I've used them for years and they aren't that much different. I looked around for a few minutes but get a bit overwhelmed by all the stuff. I was able to find someone to ask right away and find what I needed quick. I paid and got out so much faster than I anticipated. I definitely recommend this Ulta Beauty. Their Ulta Beauty products are very good, too. I've had really good service here, as well.

I was greeted immediately on entering and took a sample of a body spray sprayed on a paper that they were promoting today. It wasn't anything I would pick up but it was nicer than I would have expected so I guess, it's nice to be open. The person asked if I needed assistance then let me shop. Perfect-helpful yet not pushy. I found two products that I was interested in trying. The Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Body Cream and the Sea-tox Mermaid Body Lotion! The Mermaid Body Lotion smells nice and feels very hydrating! I was the most surprised by the Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Body Cream. It works great! One test and it helped some little bumps on the inside of my arms. I tried the sample on my arms and by the time I got home, many were gone! And later that evening, they were all down. I have to say I look at B & BW in a different way now. I expect it to feel soft and smell good but the products do good things. I like really liked the products I tried today and would definitely return. Service was excellent and the cream did something no other products that I've tried has done.

I passed a few customers but walked, searching for shoes for 15 minutes without seeing an employee. I finally found someone and they helped me find the shoe department. But no one was there to get shoes and no one was at the cashier to pay if you found something. Found someone in Active shoes who was very helpful but no sandals that I wanted. So sorry that it's not thriving. Don't think I would go back except for Sephora. Weird.
