Maybe it's just this location (?) JC Penney is a department store that I would say is similar to Sears. Prices are ok and they have a clearance section with lower prices. This location had a Sephora in it (I'm not sure if all JC Penney's do or not), and this location is inside the Salmon Run Mall.
