Jenya is absolutely amazing, and I'm in love with her work. I just finished my second microblading appointment here (the touch-up), so I'm writing this with my new set of angry brows. For those who aren't familiar with the microblading process, the procedure consists of two sessions. You pay for both (the price of the second is technically included) after the first appointment. The first session takes about 2-2.5 hours, and the clinic takes their time to explain the steps to you very well. You tell Jenya the style you prefer, and she gives suggestions based on your face shape and her experience. The actual microblading doesn't hurt that much since they first apply an anaesthetic on your brows for about 30 minutes. The first time I saw my brows after microblading, it was honestly a bit shocking, even after I was told that they would initially be very bold. However, exactly like they said, the colour faded to about 50% after a week. I was pleased after that week (a little panicked during the week), and I know that I'll be happy after this week. Despite my scheduling hassles, they handled booking extremely well. It's essential that you book well in advance, since their schedule is full for two months. I asked them to call whenever they had a free slot, so I got my appointment and touch up a lot faster than I expected. A tech had come out and had someone pay, but didn't come get me, so I assumed she wasn't who would be doing my service. I continued to wait, then got up and looked at some of the items they have for sale. The tech was sitting at the front desk on her phone. She asked if I have an appointment, I said yes, for eyebrows, and she says "oh! That's with me!" Apparently it didn't occur to her that the person waiting was her client. The service was good. She mixed the tint too light the first time and offered to redo it, which I agreed to. After that, the nail tech greeted me and we sat down to do the mani portion of my mani-pedi. She complained that she'd done too many feet that day, so we would start with nails. She was helpful in assisting me with picking a colour. However she did not tell me that the one she suggested, which I accepted, was quite significantly more expensive than what I originally booked for, and I feel like an upcharge should be specified before performing the service. I got cat-eye polish, and that came with a "nail art" surcharge on top of the upcharge for that specific gel. I was also unsure about the sterility. She took the tools out of a plastic container with some liquid in it, not out of a sealed pouch or electric sterilizer. She suggested I do the same polish on my toes as well, and I knew I would be charged more for gel on the toes instead of a regular pedicure, but not by as much as it was. I also find that she rushed my pedicure as when I arrived home, I noticed that my toe nails were jagged and rough, and I had to file them myself, and I had a lot of dry skin still on my feet that I had to remove as well. What was originally booked as $135 (before tax) ended up being $195 (before tax), and none of that was ever told to me. The tech rushed, and mentioned several times how I'm the last client of the day and she'd had a long day. She was pleasant, not rude, she made conversation, very personable. But not impressed with the lack of transparency.

Reservations are best but they can often accommodate walk ins. Update: I still stand by the four star rating for brows and makeup. However, for the second time in a row I booked a wax appointment only to have it cancelled with no advance notice when I showed up for the appointment. Because of this, I'd probably suggest going elsewhere for waxing.

I was in and out in 7 minutes, FULLY waxed. Things you need to keep in mind though: 1) You can't come without a reservation, and you have to text--not call-- to get one. She's usually fully booked so make sure to do so in advance. 2) this isn't your beauty spa experience, the place is very basic. Its clean, and for me that's the most important thing. 3) bring cash, she doesn't take card! 4) be prepared to undress in front of her, its not like other places where the aesthetician leaves the room and comes back to see you. Don't go anywhere else, trust.
