Five months and still nothing so I fired hime and hired a new attorney. Mr Hutchison is well known by his peers for not doing what he says he's going to do. When I used the word 'flakey', they all nodded. Finally got my refund after nearly a monthh(he said he would do right by me refund wise and send it right over to my new attorney across town). I finally tracked him down personally and received a check. For mostly fielding my calls he had the gall to charge me $925! A $250 charge would been a stretch for what he did do. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY & TIME. Go to a real attorney.

Hes got the best human ethics of anyone I have ever known odd but after meeting working with and talking to other attorneys the amount that DONT is astounding, considering the profession. Hes a brilliant man capable of weeding threw the garbage and getting the the manner at hand my ex was a nightmare to deal with, since he didn't want the divorce. Terry HANDLED it!! I'm a professional CEO and am use to dealing all day long with big wigs, Terry down to earth no nonsense act of dealing with people helps in troubled and frustrating times. Hes busy, really busy, but timely he sets appointments keeps them and gets things done. Hes answered the phone even when it wasn't convenient and he was out of town. If your a whiner that needs hand held call someone else, if you want no nonsense solutions and things done, hes a great fit!
